I stopped in to Walmarts jewelry counter, and was pleasantly greeted by a counter woman, “Mary”! I had 2 watches that needed new batteries and Mary basically dropped what she was doing and took care of my watches! I was done in short order, and she even insisted on setting both watches to the correct tyme!!!…. Just gotta say this woman was awesome! A very pleasant, respectful woman and I just wanted to make sure that this store and Walmart knew that they have a wonderful employee/person in “Mary” !

The employees were very kind and helpful especially the girl in electronics. Apparel has way better clothing options than back home in Alabama.

I went shopping and happened to need a new microwave and walked into this. Awesome! Microwave, convection, air fryer, etc. Saves counter space and I love it! Walmart really is a one stop shopping trip for my (and my grandson's) needs!

Clean store, great prices, friendly staff and they always have what I need. I shop there weekly sometimes more. I miss whrn they had price matching and were open 24 hours. I got Walmart plus during Christmas in July and I absolutely love it as well.

Love going to Walmart. I can find many things that I want and some things that I want. I can't find mainly competitive with the other stores and prices. They are trying to keep up with amazon where they will deliver within two days but of course you have to join in order to get any of these benefits

It's Walmart. Have never had a problem besides inflation prices

Has become the easiest place for me to shop because they have the electric wheelchair. Prices are hard to beat for the quality.

Found most items I needed. Employees in the herkimer walmart are helpful.

This morning, I ordered $150+ of groceries from the Herkimer Supercenter with pick-up between 1 & 2 today (Sun., 6/26). I arrived a few minutes before 1 and my order was ready and brought out at 1:02. The two young men packed the bags I brought and even put the freezer items in the correct frozen food bags. I was impressed! 😁 "Matthew" was courteous, and he and the other young man were respectful of me and my vehicle - they didn't slam the hatch! This was my 3rd time ordering online from Wal-Mart and I appreciate this service very much. Of 49 items, only 1 was out of stock. 😊

What can one say about Walmart? I have used the pick-up service several times and hadn't had any issues with my order until Covid hit. This isn't a fault of the store though. The same can be said for going into the store itself. All employees are masked and they are doing their best to help us customers get what we need. The store is always clean and well organized.
