Honestly I wouldn't even give them a star so this is a compliment to them. When I had asked a policy to be changed because I certainly did not have an entire 6 months to pay, they still screwed me. My bank account was screwed up for 2 weeks and then they had the audacity to say I owed them money. Let's just say my entire family is withdrawing from this company with the way my account was handled.

This agents office has very incompetent employees. As well as to say the least poor customer service. They don’t even know how to process a cancellation corrrectly. Even other reviews of this agent say the same things. Steven Phillips himself exclusive agent couldn’t even reach out. I would not recommend them for an insurance agent at all. Shame on the agent and staff for lack of follow up and run around on things.
