Last year I went to keeseville hardware to get parts for monitor stove, they went out of their way to explain what to do to clean and replace parts, I thought that was great service, so when I made decision to replace I went back because of great service. I Had issues with direct vent heater, was asked by owner what can I do to make this right. They ended up replacing stove with another 1. To me that is great customer service. I highly recommend them for their customer service.

The place rocks. Robert the owner is the best. The store has everything. I bought a Stihl KM91R bush trimmer, with weed whacker attachment, and wood cutter blade. Robert threw a couple freebies in. Love my machine and this store! Everyone there was great to work with!

Great staff. Went to store to check out what was comparable to a
Monitor Heater. Dennis explained in detail how the Toyotomi worked.
Everything I should know and have.. Great to have someone explain
things and not push you to buy this or that. Ended up buying one. Thanks Dennis. Appreciate
it and the rest of the staff. Great prices too.

Great Hardware Store! They carry most of everything you need.. Besides going to Plattsburgh and the use of gas go here. Gonna be a dollar more but its worth it In the long run. They should carry more furnace parts tho. Good suggestion Roger! Other then that 5 star!!!
