Adirondack Breathe Easy Salt Cave LLC

While visiting family in the area, I scheduled a session at The Breathe Easy Salt Cave in Peru, NY. All I can say is “What an extraordinary experience and establishment”. I absolutely love this place and definitely will book another session next time I’m in town. The owners are friendly, professional and very informative about the therapeutic benefits of salt therapy and genuinely want to help others. Great Customer Service!
My experience was amazing from the first moment of entering the salt cave through a grotto to the end of my session. The atmosphere here is very calming and welcoming. It’s so relaxing lounging in the zero gravity chairs, breathing in the salt air and listening to nature sounds while glazing up at the stars in the night sky. This was truly a treat for my body, mind and spirit. My sinus issues disappeared and my stress melted away. I walked away feeling rejuvenated. Kudos to the owners for creating this little piece of heaven. I highly recommend to everyone.

My wife and mother-in-law surprised me with a 45 minute session this evening. It was extremely relaxing after a long few weeks of moving and renovating our house. I have some respiratory problems (snoring, etc.) and felt much better after just one session. Another added benefit was just being able to relax with the Mrs. uninterrupted, surrounded by beautiful lights and peaceful music. The owners are very nice people and make sure you understand everything before entering the cave. I can definitely see us returning and will highly recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed a beautifully relaxing evening at the salt cave. We began with a bio detox session which was phenomenal. The bio detox room is so soothing with lovely decor and ambient light emitted from the salt domes. The BioMat provides a comfortable warmth throughout your core and the gentle sound of waves crashing promotes total relaxation. After the bio detox we were escorted into the salt cave itself. This place is really gorgeous! From the various textures of salt used to create the space to the lighting you can tell the owners have put their heart and soul into building this sanctuary. About half way through my cave session I realized I was able to breathe easier and more deeply than ever before. The zero gravity chair allows for you to recline and feel almost weightless. I felt so relaxed and my mind felt clear and calm. My husband was so relaxed he fell asleep! At the end of the session the feeling I was left with was similar to after a really good massage! This place is awesome! I am already planning a return visit later on this week.

I went today for the first time and it's an experience I can't even explain in words. It almost gave me this euphoric feeling? The chairs were absolutely unbelievable. It felt like I was floating in air! The music was SO relaxing. The staff were great at explaining how everything worked! It was just an overall great experience. I went for mental health reasons, and I can assure you I will be returning very soon .

Today was my first experience at the Adirondack Breather Easy Salt Cave, but it won't be the last. The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing, and most folks seemed to take the opportunity to nap. In just one 45 minute session my lungs feel clearer. The receptionist was informative and pleasant as she took time to explain the benefits and origins of the Himalayan salt. Highly recommend that you try this out, whether you have respiratory issues or not, it will be a relaxing experience.

What an amazing, relaxing, calming, stress free, 45 minutes in your day. I highly recommend visiting. I have been twice and will definitely go again. The owners are wonderful people and everything about the salt cave is explained to you. It is beautiful inside, the chairs are great and the soft blanket they provide is so comfy.

This experience was like no other. So peaceful and relaxing. I went in with wheezing and came out clear. My hands started tingling five minutes into the session. When I left my arthritis was minimal and has stayed that way since. It’s been over a week. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It truly works and I would recommend it to any.

I absolutely love this place. It is so beautiful inside and so relaxing. The owners are very polite and nice and do everything to make your experience wonderful. I am definitely going back as often as I can. I cannot stress enough how much I love this place. I have asthma and breathing conditions and I felt so refreshed after my first treatment.. Looking forward to going back for my next treatment.

We went to kids day today and it was the most amazing experience. My son, boyfriend, step daughter & I all suffer from bad allergies. My son & I specifically have bad asthma & this helped us tremendously!!!! We all felt so much better after going. The kids loved to play in the salt & it was so therapeutic!! We will definitely be making another appointment to go back!!!

All I can say is amazing. I went in feeling awful and came out feeling amazing. A very peaceful 45 minutes. The owner is very nice and gave us a lot of information about the salt cave and bio detox. I would go every day if I could. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This was an amazing experience. I have been battling cancer and this was great after a chemo treatment to detox and rejuvenate my cells. The salt cave was so relaxing and left me feeling very relaxed. This is a wonderful place and I will definitely go back

Visited the salt cave for the first time today and I'll definitely be back! The whole experience was just so relaxing and rejuvenating. I've suffered from sinus issues all winter, as well as depression. In just today's visit, I felt my sinuses open and so much stress melt away! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. A great addition to our area, for sure!

Wonderfully relaxing: soothing soft music, relaxing atmosphere, all in a gorgeous room made of Himalayan salt. Zero gravity chairs make it easy to relax and really enhance the whole experience. Super friendly staff, too! You definitely need to experience this first hand fir yourself. I plan on doing this again!

Awesome place can not say enough good about it. Everyone needs to go at least once. It's so relaxing. The place is clean the decor is awesome. The owners are great very friendly and educated about the business. I have been twice so far. I purchased a stone today for my bedroom. I feel so much better . I wish they were in plattsburgh. I will go again several times .

My second visit today. Loved it as much as the first trip a few weeks ago. Very peaceful and relaxing environment. The ambiance is perfect with the lighting and music! I just sat back, relaxed and breathed.

first time comer here, and first time into halotherapy! my experience was calming, and beautiful! the atmosphere and man made cave was beyond astonishing. They really know their stuff, I'd love to come back again!

I went today for the first time 11/25/18 and it was relaxing and amazing. I brought my 2 year old daughter in for the 10 AM kids session; she loved it, she didn’t want to leave!They have shovels and pails to play with as well as a water table (no water) to put the salt stones in. I will be taking her back again!!

My son and I loved the salt cave today for the kid's day! He has very severe ezcema, so we wanted to try it out after much research! We will for sure be back because his redness has lessened and he left so much happier than he started! Extremely friendly people and just a relaxing place! Absolutely beautiful environment!! (would definitely be more relaxing if I went alone, ha ha, - that will come soon!)

I have an autoimmune disease and chronic sinusitis that unfortunately I can not take antibiotics. For the last 2-3 weeks I have been bed ridden with horrible sinus symptoms, the worst being a stabbing headache. I also haven’t been able to sleep. I was so relaxed in the cave that I fell asleep and when the session was over my headache was gone. I was also able to sleep a solid 8 hrs last night where normally I sleep two to three hours combined throughout the night. I’m a medical professional so I can’t give medical advice but I feel the salt cave is going to be beneficial in my journey to healing. I can’t wait to go back in a few days. The staff is wonderful! They are so helpful and courteous and they answer all of your questions and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I’m so happy to have found such an amazing place close to home 💜

2/21/2018 I walked in today at 145 for a 2pm appointment, The young lady was very polite and began to tell me what to expect. The cave is breathe taking and very relaxing. Not only do i feel wonderful after my appointment, Im excited to go again and bring friends along
