Green Acres Family Restaurant

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It is simply what a diner should be. They have the basics of a menu that you'd be looking for in a menu. Their simple menu allows them to make each item correctly. I love their homemade sunflower bread. The staff is friendly and amazing. If you haven't been here you are missing out. For a while they were cash only, I'm not sure if they now accept debit and credit cards

Real country side diner....Traditional brekfast : eggs over easy , home fries, bacon plus...Hmmm....Home made rye bread....Also we try home made Beef Stew with garlic bread....Nice place to stop by on the way to Canada....

Friendly, wow on breakfast. Delicious rhubarb jam. My husband wants to check lunch out. The best of luck!! Congratulations on your success so far

We were advised to try Green Acres. Such a great suggestion. The owner Donna and her wonderful staff are welcoming to all. Have never had an “oops” of a meal. Homemade breads and desserts and all ingredients are prepared on site.
We have made our own suggestions and have had folks join us on our frequent visits
Danielle and Shelby wait tables and so much more. They known most customers by name but it doesn’t matter because they treat everyone like regulars.
Paul is amazing and prepares everything, even the weird requests he gets from us!
Please go once and I am relatively sure you will return!!

My new favorite breakfast spot, I don't know what's taken me so long to get here, but I will certainly be back! Everything was home made and delicious. The service was great and out food came out FAST in spite of it being a busy breakfast time. I can't wait to go back!

Just ate there yesterday and all I can say is AMAZING! Friendly staff, homey feel to the place, generous portions! The pancakes were fluffy, the bacon was perfect and the home fries were some of the best I've had! I'll definitely be going back! Highly recommend it!

Our waitress was cheerful and efficient. Love the small town feel. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Homemade hash the best!

Green Acres is the best local restaurant for great home cooked meal. Whenever I have a visitor in town, I take them to Green Acres for breakfast. Their homemade bread is second to none. While it is the standard fare, it is just made so well. It's the food you want, cooked excellently, at a price you can afford.

My husband and I had breakfast there this morning . This is a very nice , cozy , clean little restaurant. The staff is friendly. The food was very good and very reasonable. We will definitely be going back...

I travel the country for work, and this is probably the best breakfast joint I've ever been too. I'm also not the type to write reviews. This place is simply amazing.

OMG THIS PLACE! My boyfriend and I are camping at Ausable Point Campgrounds and decided to go out for breakfast this morning and BOY are we glad we did!!! I got corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, home fries w onions and peppers, and French toast (homemade bread).. boyfriend had veggie and cheese omelette and fries (He’s gluten free). Everything was absolutely amazing. Prices are great as well. And all social distancing guidelines are being met. Coming back tomorrow for more!
