JMD Insurance Agency is absolutely amazing. The entire staff is extremely helpful, supportive, friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are taken care of. They make any process seem seamless as they do most of the work for you.
I had to change insurance companies for both home and car and JMD handled it all for me.
I was recently in a car accident. I called JMD from the scene of the accident and requested a copy of my card which they sent me immediately. They Walked me through the process of filing a claim, and within hours I had an adjuster, a claims representative, an appraiser, and a rental car. The process was extremely stress-free.
I highly recommend JMD for all your insurance needs. You won’t be disappointed. They treat you like family. Absolutely the BEST!!

Customer service is exceptional. I have been using this office for 17 years now, all my vehicles have been with them and they always have the best rates! Especially with motorcycles! They are always there to answer any questions you may have and you are always treated like family and never left waiting. When my premium went up, Amanda called and asked if I wanted her to look for a better option for me. I said yes and she bundled my renters and auto insurance and got me a better deal combined than I was originally paying for just auto! JMD has helped find amazing auto insurance. When I got my first car I found them via a referral from a friend. They were super friendly and helped me understand what was important while looking for car insurance, and I needed to find the best rates.

Anytime I have had an issue with my insurance company they have been able to find a simple and easy fix for me. For example, after 2 years with my insurance policy they issued a non-renewal over being out of state for school. Rhiannon, quickly was able to explain my situation so that I can stay with that insurance company.

One of the best features JMD offers is texting, so if you have a busy schedule or you're young like me, you can text them your questions for a quick and simple response!
