Roger Dwyer: Allstate Insurance

We have been with All-State for years now and there's nothing that I can say negative. Roger called me while he was on vacation 2 years ago when a deer was hit in my car. I never thought to call him when the body shop screwed me over until now. That's my loss. However, I can call on Marilyn and she's just as pleasant. Customer Service is very important to me simply because I am expected to give the same. Thank you All-State for being the best insurance for my family and I. Ms. Swain

I have been with Allstate Insurance since 1972 both for homeowners and car insurance and have been very pleased. And with the New Windsor Office (Bob Dwyer) since 1992, never had a problem. Every situation was handled ASAP, with expertise and professionalism. All the agents are knowledgeable and polite always. Honestly I could not ask for a better insurance company or agent.

Went there today to ask if they could assist with something, even though I had a different Allstate agent. Didn't have much expectation, but to my delight, they were extremely helpful. Gina was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!!

Roger Dwyer Agency is the real deal when it comes to insurance, not only for home and auto, but many other insurance needs. When buying insurance is it very important to have an agent, not an 800 number. it is very reassuring, when you need service or help of any kind, to be able to call the agency and speak to an agent that knows and remembers you, not whatever foreign operator you happen to get. I have worked with Andrew Mulholland for years and highly recommend him and the Dryer agency.

I've been using Roger Dwyer Allstate since I first started driving and currently have numerous policies here.

The quality of service is top-notch and honest. All of the staff are friendly, and they have been for as long as I can remember. If you call with a question or problem, they will go the extra mile to help you out. When you enter their office, you are often greeted by name, as if they make it a point to remember their customers.

Roger will periodically have one of his reps call me, asking me to stop in so they can review my policies. When I stop in, Roger reevaluates my policies and suggests ways for me to cut costs.

Andrew, who also works in the office, is an asset to the Dwyer Agency. He has taken time to go back-and-forth on the phone with me while I set up autopay and autobill, after I followed his suggestion to do so because it'd save me additional money. Andrew is patient with his customers and dedicated to helping you, just like Roger is.

The prices are slightly high, but that's not Roger's fault. That's Allstate. Roger will work with you to keep your rates to a minimum. You get what you pay for, and sometimes you're better off paying the extra few dollars for the quality of service and having a good agent who will work with you, rather than an automated chain like Geico where they only know you by a policy number.

My family also uses Roger. When I was a child, I remember going here with my father when Roger's father was here. This is a well-established, local business and got to this point for a reason.

I have had Roger Dwyer for years, and he and my agent Andrew habe always been incredibly helpful and have gone above and beyond in providing help and working on reducing my payments. They take the time to make sure all of your issues are resolved to the best of their ability.

I shared in my neighbor’s house fire in 2014, after 23 years of coverage. Roger was a big help in getting things taken care of. After my house was rebuilt (because of water/smoke damage, etc), a leak occurred from the water line to the refrigerator (the contractor’s plumber put in a plastic, rather than copper line, which was crimped by the contractor’s installation of the new kitchen cabinets).

At that point, Allstate cancelled my coverage, as two claims were submitted in one year!

Roger got me reinstated, as it was not my fault or carelessness that caused my need for the insurance.

I trust Roger Dwyer and his Allstate office for my home insurance needs.

Prompt and courteous service and responsiveness at all times. Their prices and discounts (good driver, multi-car, home) make auto insurance a bit more affordable then competitors... especially if you need a multi-car auto insurance (I've got 3 cars). As long as Allstate keep their words and the current rates I don't see myself switching to any other insurance company... for a very long time!
