Have taken both my car and my sister's car to Wilson and his team. Best repair shop I have ever gone to! Happened across Wilson's shop when searching for a place to get my state inspection done. He was super transparent about the repairs my car needed and explained the prices and process for every repair needed. He's the only mechanic I trust with my car now. With previous mechanics I was given the run around as to why my engine light was still coming on after paying hundreds for multiple repairs. Wilson is extremely concise with his explanations and will even lift your car and show you exactly what he's talking about. Was able to get both my car and my sister's car repairs done in only a day each! Very trustworthy mechanic. If you are looking for a new repair shop, this one comes highly recommended!

A mechanic garage with honest work ethic and policies. Had my brakes and rotors changed by Wilson however they ended up squeaking. He replaced everything while under warranty without the usual fight/teeth pulling push back one would encounter at other garages. Speedy change also, did everything within the day of drop off.

I worked with Wilson and had a fantastic experience. I was pretty worried when I got a flat and my tire couldn't be easily found but he jumped on the case on a weekend and had me driving again by Tuesday, which was weeks sooner than my last experience trying to replace these specialty tires. Highly recommend.

My family and I were on a vacation this weekend, and unfortunately on our way to a dinner reservation a sensor for a low tire went off. Luckily, I got to Authority Auto Care just in time to see what they could do to help. Wilson, a mechanic, went out of his way to patch two of my tires with nail punctures and stayed after they were supposed to close at 6. We can't thank him enough, as this would have been a disaster if he didn't go above and beyond to help us. Much thanks to Wilson.

What really stood out to me was feeling like they CARED. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a garage. My transmission died and I really thought my car was a goner, but Authority fixed it up for reasonable, TRANSPARENT cost. Can't recommend them enough!!

I went to this car workshop at the recommendation of a friend, they kindly attended me and explained my options. My car was perfect with the work they did. The employees, and especially the owner and manager, behaved very professionally. I am going to recommend this place to my friends because they are honest and do not fool people like in other places, thanks for everything.

went in to get my battery terminals tighten, they were extremely friendly and did an amazing job! They even cleaned the battery terminals up and checked the battery to make sure it was secure. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Wilson and his team of professional mechanics we're informative, helpful and they work extremely fast. Their prices are excellent and the best part is they work with you when you're on a budget. I have a 1999 Honda CRV that is in need of a variety of repairs and I plan on using their services. I'm a resident of the Town of Hempstead and as a woman, it's great to find a decent local mechanic who isn't trying to take advantage of your wallet and who will actually get the job done.

I must say, the first time I went to this mechanic store, I have a doubt because we all know, many others out there scam customer in any way they can but after several places I went to and my car was done by this place, I must write this review how efficient, honest and GREAT job they have done to my car.
