Hidden little gem right on the boarder of Wappingers off 9d. Its full of inviting staff, great drinks and REALLY GOOD FOOD! My personal favorite meal is the Sweet Mother Clucker that has this homemade smokey ranch on it….the ranch is out of this world (I want it on everything). They also have unique flavorful specials that change weekly, you don’t want to miss out on. My friends and I strongly recommend AJs cafe. Whether you’re a local, new to the area, or crossing through Wappingers it’s a great place to go.

Great atmosphere and food in such a cute town. AJ'S will be missed dearly it's such a shame it had to come to this.

Very fun bar with great food and awesome people. I love that they have events throughout the year, an annual clam bake, entertainment throughout the week plus pool and dart leagues. It's a great place for football Sunday as well. A gem of local establishment!

Was there to see two bands play. From the people to the bartenders to security, great people. Added bonus, they have pool tables.

New Year's Eve at AJ's was an unexpected pleasure! We were visiting from out of town and wanted a local pub we could ring in 2018. The weather was frigid and so... This was it! The crowd was happy, upbeat and friendly, even to us who were obviously not from those parts! The jukebox played music, the bar tables were dressed with hats, horns, necklaces and 2018 favors for everyone! And the best part was the table set with champagne glasses for every single person to toast in the New Year... On the house!! Really a wonderful night. We'll make it a point to return for dinner next time we're in Wappingers Falls.

I stumbled upon a hidden gem! The staff is great, the food is delicious, and it's gotta be the friendliest establishment of it's kind! Weekly specials (the soup is always on point!), live music, pool, outdoor seating.....you can't ask for a better place to unwind and feel welcomed!

This past weekend my family celebrated a special occasion at AJ Cafe. Great atmosphere, great staff and great prices! John and Jen were both so helpful and accommodating! From dates, times, and menu choices, to decorations, setup and staffing, they both had it covered. Bartenders were quick and drinks were delicious! Food was phenomenal! So many people raved of the food! We had such a selection and everything was fantastic! Thanks AJ Cafe for a memorable night!

The best local bar in Wappingers Falls and arguably the entire Hudson Valley. Service is always quick and friendly. Food and drinks are on point every time.

This place is amazing. The bartenders are so friendly, the food is great. If you are looking for a good casual atmosphere then AJs is the place for you. Any negative reviews are likely just local lowlife who don’t know how to act in public. Angela is the best bartender and the wings are phenomenal, all evidenced by their local awards for Best of the Hudson Valley “Best Sports Bar”, “Best Bartender” and Hottest Wings”. A must visit when in Wappingers!

Great local pub/restaurant that also has the NYS Lottery QuickDraw Keno game.

A bunch of friends and I went here a few nights ago and had a blast! Good drinks, good service. We loved the dart board and the pool tables. A fun place to go and enjoy playing a few games and having a drink!

Very good neighborhood spot. The owners genuinely care about their business and customers. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The chef does an outstanding job offering specials to the daily menu. I’ve never had a bad meal here, whether it’s bar food or a full meal. And a nice comfortable atmosphere.

Great place! The food is excellent and they have a great local beer selection. Was just told that a local brew is making a special AJ beer and I can't wait to come try it. Stop in and see the owner Angela behind the bar for amazing service and super tasty food! Will definitely be making this a regular place! Oh, I should also mention that pets are welcome!

We tend to go and have a drink or two while waiting for our to go food order and the staff here couldn't be any more friendlier. The food is always good and there is no lack in flavor even for such an expansive menu. The sauce for the medium wings is homemade and a little bit too buttery but packs a lot of flavors in and they are quite crispy without being over done.

If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would! The mozzarella sticks were perfect. The chicken Buffalo wrap I had was to die for, the AJ burger was one of the best burgers my fiancé ever had. And this is from Doordash, we can't wait to try this location in person!

Doesn’t look like much from the front but we stopped in last night and I have to say the food was awesome. All made in house which I can attest too. Best pulled pork and onion rings I’ve had in a long time. Mozzarella sticks are even made from scratch. 69cents wings and 3 dollar drafts. Can’t beat it. Good assortment of bar games and the service was very good. Great place overall

The food here is delicious. They have some creative dishes and awesome wing sauces. They have a good beer selection and always have a couple of local beers on draft. The bartenders are fun and friendly and I enjoy the love music on the occasional weekends.
