I bring my 2 year old son here. I love the barbers and how patient they are with him. Frank was the first person to ever cut my little man's hair and it came out amazing even with my boy fidgeting and moving around. This is the only place I will bring my son.

So thankful to have found this place for my nephews first haircut!!!

Everyone was so friendly. The barber was so kind and understanding of a toddlers behavior. He was patient and did not seem inconvenienced by having to wait a bit to start.

My nephew looks so handsome, everyone absolutely adores hit cut. Will definitely be back again.

I came to Imperial Plaza Barber shop in 2013 for the first time and observed the employees skills. I noticed business owner Frank was exceptionally skilled from my observation and decided I’d give him a try.

I’m a very sensitive guy. I’ve ditched several barbers over the years. A little mistake is all it takes to lose my business, except if the barber apologizes and makes me feel comfortable.

I’m deaf and physically disabled. And I like my hair properly and professionally done.

I tried the employees at this business and Frank quickly became my favorite. He’s the main guy I go to when I need a haircut, but that doesn’t mean the other guys aren’t credible, too. It just means Frank understands me better.

The employees are friendly, respectful, and always open and hold the door for me when I walk in using my walker. Some times waiting time can be long but that’s understandable as the employees aren’t rushing but to ensure their customers are satisfied with their business.

I’ve been a customer for 9 years now and this is only because Frank and his employees are the best barbers around

Frankie is the best barber in the area. Problem is-the word is out. If you have the time to wait for him you will never be disalpointed. If not, all the barbers here are very capable. Today, Frankie was 8 deep so the kind lady in the front cut me. I was in and out in 25 mins. 30 plus tip. Very pleased as always. Thank you!

Been here twice now and both times the haircut was great! Ive been getting my haircut done by Frank whos very friendly and pays attention to detail. Will be back for my next one!

I tried a DIY haircut in my son, and it didn't go as planned. 🤣 Our regular barber is closed Mondays, so we ended up here.. SO GLAD we did!! They did an amazing job fixing my mistakes with my 4 year old, and also gabe my 3 year old son a great cut! This was the first time he felt comfortable enough to sit in the chair by himself! This is now our new barber! :)

Skylar did such an amazing job on my sons first haircut!! Professional, sweet, and such a great atmosphere to bring my one year old son there. Can’t wait to bring him back for his future haircuts!

I bring my nephew here often & they make conversation with him to make him feel comfortable. Everyone is friendly & courteous & anyone who services him does a consistently great job; we don't have to pick a "favorite". Most importantly, they're strict with following all COVID-19 guidelines in terms of capacity, masks, cleanliness & disposable capes. A+ for this place! No wonder they've been around for so long.

New to this shop. I've tried them twice and gotten the two best haircuts I've had in years. My hair was cut by Skylar and Sarah. Very happy with both experiences. I have found my new barber shop and could not be happier.

I started going here because I got married last month and I haven't gone anywhere to get my haircut in about 15 years. Joe gave me a great cut for my wedding and I just went back and Neil gave a great cut as well. Top notch barbers and too notch service. Thanks guys

I really recommend this shop, great service and everyone is friendly. Frankie is one the barbers that i always go to but they are all very professionals.

Just got my haircut at this place and I must admit, I look good. I used to go to this place as a kid/ teenager. I moved to Fort Lauderdale for 9 years and just came back. I’m not sure the woman’s name that cut my hair but she wore glasses and had army pants on. I would recommend this place to everyone. Btw it did change ownership and new owners are great!!

Excellent place to get a haircut!! I took my son and they did such an excellent job on his hair cut! My son hates getting his haircut but now he asks to go there when ever he needs one. He loves this place as well!!

Walked in for a haircut and was seated by a younger lady, I explained exactly how I wanted it to look and even showed her a picture. Haircut was rushed, and didn’t care to make any conversation. Cut ended up nothing like how I explained it to her, I even told her as she was going “I want it to be long on the side and have almost an undercut look, not too blended at all”. She didn’t even listen. When It didn’t end up how I wanted it I asked “can you just taper it up higher instead” and she quickly retorted “that’s not a taper that’s a fade” in a very snarky attitude. I felt stupid even trying to talk. Maybe it was just her, but I am very unhappy with the cut and the experience. Waste of $18.

Called and explained what happened, Joe told me to come down and fixed me up nice. Refused to let me tip. Great guys. Ask for joe or frank.

They took me right away as a walk-in. Really friendly and a good haircut. Highly recommend

Best Barber shop in the area! You can see the difference when you get a cut here. Great staff, great expertise. If you walk in on a busy day, well worth the wait!

Love them. Everyone is so friendly. Skylar is amazing, love everything she does with my son. This is my permanent spot have been going here for a few months.

If your looking for a good barber in wappingers, there is only one place to look at that Imperial Barbers. Frank & Joe are awesome and so is the rest of the staff. I highly recommend you visit the shop!
