U-Haul Moving & Storage of New Windsor

Coming here with a friend who needed to rent a trailer to load and unload materials a bit later on. The gentleman was very polite and professional when we first rented it. Upon returning the trailer the same gentleman and woman behind the register was both professional and friendly and polite. Overall very pleased with the services that was provided by parties here! Yeehaw! Yeehaw! Also nice looking store clean and organized! Thanks!👍👍

I have been to this U-Haul multiple times and have never received anything less than exceptional service. Today Eric helped me load my motorcycle I rode there in the back of the box truck so I could get home. The lady at the front desk walked out with me to ensure I knew everything with the truck was correct. They are extremely accommodating and I can't recommend them more.

The gentleman taking care of our rental request was very polite, approachable, very knowledgeable of the U-Haul processes and helped us get on our way, and the same when we returned the truck. We were also impressed that this was an actual U-Haul rental store, and any supplies we needed was accessible.

I had a hitch installed yesterday; the tech was great! I waited while the work was completed and was treated very well by the staff. The hitch was completed in the time they told me and I couldn't be happier with the results. Job well done!

Excellent customer service - the van was pulled out and warmed up for us as we completed check out. The van was in excellent condition with very low mileage. Was running late - but staff had shown me where key drop off was in case I dropped the van off after closing. Overall a very nice experience and relatively inexpensive for what I needed.

I recently got a 5x5 storage yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased. The facility was clean and Hana, the manager helped me out a lot. She showed me a variety of supplies that can better secure your stuff. I got a super convenient spot that you could easily drive up to.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. I rented a cargo van which was well maintained and clean.

Booked the appointment for a hitch installation, ordered a hitch to fit my car, and paid for it all online. They contacted me by phone to confirm the date/time (had to change it because of installer availability). Brought my paperwork to the shop and they had me in and out with a new hitch within the hour. The hitch is such a great fit for the car and you can barely notice the addition of the hitch as it's verywell hidden (I wish I could attach a picture to this review). Highly recommend these folks.

Michael provided an incredible experience for me. I reserved a 10' truck for 12:00 and arrived a bit early to pick it up. Even though they were busy, Michael helped me very quickly. The truck was in good condition, and after loading, provided one of the smoothest rides I've had in a moving truck. Drop off the next day was just as painless. If I need moving equipment in the future, I definitely would use this location. * I saw another user complain about inaccuracies from the website. I have to agree with that statement. Calling the location to find out exactly what they have is the best thing ti do.

I originally reserved my truck for Friday but due to unforseen circumstances I had to move it to Sunday. I had trouble doing it through the website but the counterperson was able to help and I was out the door in 5 minutes!!

My go to for everything uhaul - trailers, trucks, whatever. The team there will do absolutely everything to get you safely on the road. No monkey business. Happy repeat customer
