I had a great experience! The staff was courteous, patient, and professional. My 15 year old had their feet analyzed for the first time, and we successfully found sneakers to fit well and comfortably. Great service, and great selections!

Fleet Feet in Poughkeepsie has always been my go to store for everything running! I’ve purchased probably close to 20 pairs of shoes over the last 4 years. Their staff is always professional and extremely attentive. I love their events they’re constantly putting on to keep the community engaged and interested in running! My latest pair I just bought were Brooks Ghost 15 in White/Ebony/Nightlife. I love them!

I was advised by my chiropractor to go here to get insoles for my shoes. I was utterly amazed by fantastic customer service and I loved the 3D foot scan which they were able to provide me with the insoles that I needed. Great experience overall I highly recommend.

Me and my sister had a WONDERFUL experience at the FLEET feet! We came in and the customer service was amazing! The two women that helped us were patient and very helpful when it came to measuring or foot size and bringing out different brands. 10/10 Experience!

Decent selection of shoes. They have a treadmill where you can try them out. Prices are a little steep but if you're looking for running shoes it's worth stopping in

I don’t know why I didn’t come here earlier. I am very picky with my footwear- as I get cranky in sneakers that aren’t totally comfortable- and my feet have a few issues I’ve been to many stores and returned lots of shoes. I came in yesterday, Mac measured/evaluated my feet and said- let me bring you some options. I didn’t share what style or color or other brands I’ve tried. Both of the options Mac brought me to try were perfect. I never say that about shoes. My feet are so happy today. Thank you!

I needed some new running shoes for an upcoming ultramarathon, so cushioning was important. I thought I knew what I wanted, but the Fleet Feet folks took the time to really narrow down some great options, and I could not be happier with the end result. I didn’t know anything about Mizuno’s, but I already love them and it’s thanks to Fleet Feet staff that I’m wearing them. Great choice! Thank you.

Wow! The customer service and expertise of staff (especially Mike, who I had the pleasure of being helped by!) at this store is truly incredible! I am recovering from an ankle fracture with a history of plantar fasciitis and knew I needed some guidance in order to select a shoe that would best suit my fitness needs. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and had my feet assessed and mapped for their size, width, arches, and even how I place weight on the different areas of my feet as I walk. Mike showed me a few different shoes based on this assessment and my fitness needs and talked me through the different features of each shoe. He was truly an expert on the different brands and models of each shoe and helped me discern which shoe was right for me. He also recommended an insole, which I need given my history and high arches. I could not be happier with the service I received and was really blown away by Mike's extensive knowledge, passion, and people skills. Thank you!!! I will certainly be back again to buy my next pair!

This is where all runners should come. Staff has vast knowledge of anything running/ walking. Customer service is exceptional and I highly recommend the shoe fitting. I personally loved how the fitting results are sent to your email for your viewing pleasure.

The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to get fitted when I had foot pain after an 8 mile run. Left with a new pair of ASICS and some other things I will need for a half marathon. As always a great experience here! Thanks Trish!

I am a hairstylist and have the worst pain in my feet, back and legs. I was recommended to go to Fleet Feet and I am above extremely happy with the place. The people nice and really helped me get in to the correct shoes for my line of work.

Great store! Small but they’re doubling the size and actively expanding. Everyone is great, they have everything you need to get into running and organize some great fun runs too.

Jill was fantastic and helped me find the perfect shoe for me. She answered all of my questions, utilizes various tools to figure out what would be the best fit, was patient and helped me try out multiple options in order to get just the right thing for me.

I went in not expecting much but the young woman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I had a sudden phone call that I had to take and she very patiently waited for me to finish. I came in to buy a pair of zero-drop running shoes and I got them for a great price! The manager of the store was also very helpful and courteous.

Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie provides top notch services. Each and every time I go there, the sales team takes their time with me. They patiently answer any questions I have. They remember me and always ask how my running is going. Everything I need for running and training is in the store.

I love how FF offers training for runners (whether you are new to running or you are trying to improve). They have so many fun runs available throughout the year, too.

I easily could buy my gear through online businesses, but why would I? FF is a locally owned business. I feel like I am part of something very special and very unique. Plus if I’m lucky enough, I’ll get to see the “shop dog” when I visit!
