Is this only a school bus or also public transportation as advertised on google ... no one answers the phone & I cant get my questions answered & does anyone notice that the 1 of the call options says "student discipline" ... what the hell does that mean ? and this isn't even the herkimer number ... its the utica one ... what is going on ?

My son was dropped off 2 blocks away from our house today. I received a letter before school started saying he would be dropped off right in front of my house. My son told the bus driver that it wasn’t his stop. The bus driver replied “You missed your chance buddy.” And just dropped my son off knowing it wasn’t where he lived. We’re new to this area. Luckily my son was familiar with the area due to our walks over the summer. My son is a type 1 diabetic and was having a low during this time too. It’s a good thing my son has a cell phone and I was home today. It’s also a good thing that nothing happened to my son during his medical emergency and being dropped off at the wrong location! Contacted birnie, the school and the superintendent office.
