Absolutely outstanding customer service from miss Wendy she was a absolute pleasure to a horrible day although I’m not sure which department she works generally she helped me in multiple areas she helped assured my materials my prices and my cash out experience she was the definition of a perfect employee 10/10 and as if that wasn’t enough I had to make a additional trip later on and she was still working with the same exact enthusiasm she left me with and then proceeded to go out of her way again to give me additional help if she didn’t have the answers (which she did ) she knew where to get the right ones she gives your Lowe’s a beautiful face of representation and I felt very comfortable and confident with her reassurance

Great place to get your building supplies, and so much more. Lots of workers always ready to help too. Order on line and pick up at the store!

I purchased sheet vinyl flooring for $0.89 sf yesterday. It's remarkably easy to install and both lightweight and durable at about 1/4 pound per sf and just under 1.5 mm thickness. I love the result and you can't top the flooring departments great customer service.

It's a Hardware store, it has pretty much anything you'll ever need, ever.

Remember being a kid and going into a candy store..... it's along those lines

I give a 5 star rating to troy that works at Lowes in Herkimer he helped us out with a mini bike. He lifted it up into the truck with my husband an did an excellent job.

Great place to find many different building materials or basically anything diy.

Had my second pick up today same associate as the pick up last week.
Jacob loaded the 400 lbs (manure) one bag was ripped and he went and got a new one. Great guy your lucky to have such a good employee

Employee was very helpful in the wood department. Had a few questions and was able to get a good back and forth over some ideas for a thing I needed made.

Employees are always so helpful and know exactly where everything is off the top of their head! I love being able to bring dogs in the store. One suggestion is to put all needed plumbing and hardware needed to install a water heater closer to the water heaters. It was a bit tricky to go to 5 different places for all needed supplies but not complaining... just suggesting :) even if it was a small amount of the actual items. It would be easier for customers buying and self installing :)

Visited Lowe's in Riverside Center and very happy with the service. Went in to buy something and when I went to ring out my debit card wouldn't work. Girl was very helpful and very courteous and was not condescending because it didn't work told me it look like my card has been compromised or locked. sure enough called the bank and I had forgot my pin and tried to use it three times in a row and my awesome Bank blocked my card. Got that reversed went back in the store got the items that I wanted and staff was still very friendly and courteous the store is very well kept clean and is handicap accessible you can go in with your wheelchair

A huge thank you to Corey Getman for all his help with the delivery of our fridge that the third party company failed to delivery 2 times. He went above and beyond and sent Ryan and Kai out with the Lowes flat bed to ensure we got our fridge today. Ryan and Kai were super great and got our fridge into our house and all set up with no issues!

Friendly staff!! A cashier mistook my dad for an employee tonight when the alarm went off. He looked at us like we knew how to shut it off!🤣 Best night ever!! Love bringing my pup in with her dress

Usually has exactly what I need.... projects and, as a DO IT YOUR SELF type of person their nothing better than using your own to hands ✋ and having done the work yourself. Maybe aggregating at times but again changing your prospective on the issue and say nah it's just a learning experience and I must continue to see it thought. 😁

Help was readily available. Had the items I was interested in and made a purchase. Saved $100 by opening a Lowe's credit card. Couldn't be more pleased.

Shopping for a fan (for grandson) we found what we were looking for online. Narrowed search to "in stock" at Herkimer Lowe's. But when we get there, there was no fan in the aisle listed as the location. A salesperson came by, and not only told us there were 3 left in stock, but led us to the location...in the front aisle of the store! He said best sellers often get moved to the front. He was very helpful and pleasant! We got the exact fan we came for. Thank you Lowe's!
