Marie my hygienist is an absolute gem! I recently had a procedure done by her, and I couldn't be more impressed with her expertise and care. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated.

What sets Marie apart is her genuine concern for her patients' well-being. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the results and even followed up with me afterward to see how I was doing. Her dedication to her craft and her patients is truly commendable and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Tina and the team work very hard to make sure patients are satisfied with the service. Their endo and dentists do a very thorough job, and are very sensitive to the client during difficult procedures. The dental hygienists and assistants are so patient and nice. I would recommend.

I have to say I was incredibly impressed with the level of care from the providers, the quality of the technology used at this dental practice, and the excellent office management.

I have fairly good benefits from my job but the dental HMO plan they are a part of showed me the value of going to a quality practice like Advanced Dental.

The office I was going to previously had canceled me 3 separate times. When I tried to reschedule the next appointment wasn’t for 2-3 months. I switched to another HMO office, and when I finally got an appointment I was not satisfied with the outdated equipment and outdated attitudes of the provider towards me. Dental work makes me nervous so an understanding attitude goes a long way.

So I decided to forget insurance and pay out of pocket at Advanced Dental and I’m so glad that I did.
With a dental savings plan, the cost was actually reasonable for the quality of the work I received and I had no issues getting an appointment.

The providers were all so kind, and willing to take as long as needed to explain everything. They have 3-D imaging technology to model your mouth for surface stains that I’ve never seen.

I’m confident a visit to this practice is worth the money.

Finally the office staff is so wonderful. The manager Tasha helped me with figuring out payment plans, or an insurance plan the office offers, and Tina was so friendly and wonderful helping me checkout with a full understanding of all the costs.

I had to switch my dentist and I was referred by a co-worker to come here. I don't regret it at all! From when I first walked in the door all the staff was so friendly and helpful. Donna the hygienist was so awesome. You can tell she loves her job! She is great at it. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me. Dr. Reiss was amazing. I felt very comfortable and I look forward to coming back. It's a great place and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. This is the place to go.

Today 3/14/24, I had Appt with Marie, one of their Hygienist. I am so happy, and grateful, and leaving content with all the work I had done. I told Marie that she most definitely has to insure her hands. I feel relaxed and very comfortable during procedures being done. She is very professional and cares about her patient.

I’m a super anxious patient when it comes to the dentist. Oral sedation alone has no effect and as soon as anything sharp is in the dentist’s hand I have an instant panic attack. The staff was very understanding and is taking steps to help me course correct my neglectful dental habits when it comes to regular visits and professional care. I can’t say I look forward to being back in the chair, but I do feel very comfortable and grateful to the staff for being as patient and understanding with me during my imaging and exam to prepare for my cleaning and micro cracking repairs that are to come.

If there is a phobia for going to the dentist, my image would show up as a classic example. With that being stated, I am so appreciative of the treatment and care that was given by this office and dental team. Dr Voung, Endodontist, and Kristin are extremely caring and compassionate as he explains in depth every step of the procedure. I highly recommend this office. They worked magic to get me in! Tina at the front desk was incredibly helpful as well. I found my spot!

Wonderful group. Very professional and took us right in as a new patient the very same day!! We will be switching to this dental group as of today!

I am very grateful to Advanced Dental in Vailgate/New Windsor NY
and give very very high praises of deep gratitude for the ourstanding endodontist, Dr. Jay Vong, who with great skill and patience and empathy performed a complicated retreatment of a root canal that went bad. Dr. Vong numbed the area he with precision and his gentle and kind manner. I felt no pain during the procedure and was amazed as Dr. Vong patiently and with empathy restored my root canal to a healthy and painless place.

The dental hygiest Chris also was wonderful work work with as she assisted Dr. Vong. The staff there are warm, down to earth and very comfortable in answering questions and following through with paperwork for reimbursement.

I have strongly recommended Advanced Dental to some friends and Dr. Vong is my edondontist for the rest of my life. I sense the other dentists in the practice must also be at a very high level along with the dental hygiensts.

My dental hygienist was pleasant and friendly. She did an excellent job, on cleaning my teeth. She was very efficient, but I forgot her name. The staff will know when they look up my name and date of service.

Tina assisted with coordinating insurance and treatment plan to perfection. Hygienist, Donna, is so kind, gentle and thorough and Dr. Reiss is so soothing, she really put me at ease. All of the office staff are really great.

Advance dental has an excellent staff. Staff were friendly and very professional. Dr Reiss is hands down one of the best and Donna the hygienist was so thorough with her exam and cleaning. Even my son who also had work done by both said it they were the best. Best practice in Orange County

my dentist relocated so I researched around in my area for a new dentist. I stumbled across advanced dental, read some reviews and made the leap to try them. I called to schedule and surprisingly I got an appointment for a full exam and cleaning the next day. I waited in the waiting room for a bit , but the hygienist came out, apologized and told me she would be right with me shortly. Very professional!!! Donna was amazing from start to finish. Sociable , and makes you feel comfortable. She explained everything she was doing from beginning to end. Not to mention I think she did a wonderful cleaning 🧼. The only improvement I can suggest is not having patients wait to check out.. overall would recommend . Good job. Happy new patient .

My boyfriend and I went in for dental work and had an amazing experience. He had Donna as a hygienist and I had Marie, and they were both wonderful!!! So patient, so gentle and made each of us feel very comfortable. We’re so thankful for Donna and Marie!!

Dr Lucido was an excellent doctor and cleaned my teeth so well . Woukd definitely recommend him! Katherine is an excellent assistant always is kind and gentle . She makes sure I’m comfortable.

I am happy to review Advanced Dental, I have been a customer for many years through various dental care insurances and dental service dilemmas. I've always been treated with compassion quality care and best of dental solutions! During my last visit, I came in with yet another "do over" issue, and Dr. Wong confidently comes in stating, no problem, I got a tool for that! I had to

I do not like going to the dentist, and at times, I can be a big baby when in that chair. But with Marie, she relaxes me and talks through what she is doing and is very personable.
Excellent in every way. Professional, friendly and extremely competent. Marie definitely sets the bar high with great work and care.

I had to wait a little longer than I expected but the hygienist was very apologetic and very friendly. I felt like she did a great job cleaning my teeth and answering all of my questions. Donna was very knowledgeable!

I absolutely LOVED my experience here!! They were so gentle and careful with my sensitive teeth; well I had dental hygienist, Nicole, who was amazing!! And the dentist, Dr. Reiss, was wonderful too! And I haven’t been to a dentist in about 7 years because I’m wary of dentists from past experiences but this place took such great care of me and didn’t judge me or made me feel bad for not having a check up in years. I feel so happy and confident and with a clean smile!!
