Awesome service. They first greeted me with a warm welcome. My personal banker Hernan explained everything clearly. The Bank Manager Nigel made sure I got the best customer service and he was very friendly. Best banking experience ever.

It was a very good experience meeting with the banker Benjamin yesterday, Ben was very helpful and patient.

I don't bank there but I want to do some business for a friend and they was very nice.

New to me as they closed their New Paltz Branch. The staff in this branch is quite helpful as were they in New Paltz, but dealing with WF is difficult. My bank in some form for more than 40 years so their I stay.

Nice staff however they usually have only one teller therefore the lines and the wait can be long.

I have been a loyal customer of Wells Fargo bank for about 12 years now and have used them for both my personal & business needs everything from personal/business checking/savings to loans such as mortgage, car & even business.

I think that the bank is completely fine for basic personal needs but if you are a business owner, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. The tellers at this location are very courteous and efficient but unfortunately the management is sub-par and frankly I think that there is a complete lack of regard for business owners.

The straw that broke the camel's back moment was on Monday when I stood on LINE outside the bank for 35 minutes waiting to get the change that I needed to open my business for the day. They were letting one customer at a time into the bank with zero communication as to what was going on and what the outcome may be. The nightmare ultimately ended with the manger closing the branch due to some "emergency," forcing me to drive all the way down to the Fishkill branch to get the money I needed to conduct business that day. A task that should have taken 5-10 minutes ended up taking 90 minutes and my store was without money for 90+ minutes.

I am not upset that there was an emergency, I am upset that the communication was nonexistent and that the line of customers (especially business customers) standing outside that bank weren't addressed. The long-winded and extremely condescending speech given by the branch manager when he FINALLY decided to communicate to let us know he was closing the bank was also pretty infuriating.

I followed up with customer care about my experience. Their response verbatim was "thank you for providing this information to us." There was no apology, no next steps and absolutely zero effort to retain my business. I followed up with my "Business Relationship Manager" who I played phone tag with on Tuesday but has yet to return my call since then.

I went next door and opened accounts at a bank that is accustomed to and better equipped to meet the needs of small business owners. They were eager to earn my business and from what I've heard from other business owners will be eager to retain it as well.

It’s time for this bank to move to Main st in Poughkeepsie. This bank is way to far. And out the way if you don’t have to be on route 9.

Employees are unhelpful. I know there’s a worker shortage, but WF shouldn’t even have a physical location if employees have no intention of doing their job, as pretty much every review here says (and is true). I’ve been a WF customer for over 18 years and will likely close my accounts after my experience at this location.

Horrible customer service, and they do not even follow their own policies. The fraud protection they have is a lie as they will just deny any claim of fraud that you send their way. On top of that, there’s tons of hidden fees, etc. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER BANK TO PATRONIZE.

This particular branch of Wells Fargo bank staff members are very difficult people to deal with. Even when there’s no other customers they are unwilling to work or help you unless you have made a prior appointment. Their attitude is very indifferent.
