Cynthia and her staff are always so lovely and accommodating whenever I call. They will go above and beyond for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! They have always done right by my Son who has had them since he started driving a few years ago.

I always deal with Lynnda Capellan who is always helpful and courteous. I am happy to say I have state farm insurance and they are always helpful. I just had to do a claim for a damaged windshield and Lynnda made sure I had all the information I needed quickly to get the windshield fixed with no hassles. It is often difficult to find good customer service at a business, and I am pleased to say this is not the case with State Farm in Montgomery .

This company and its employees are the BEST. They care about their customers and work together as a great team. They always seem to have the answers. Quick, efficient, accurate service. They called and found me and I have been their regular customer for years. Very good prices....what more could I ask. Thanks for being here.

At first I was reluctant to switch my insurance company because I was complacent with the insurance company I had been with for a very long time. I took the time to get a quote. The girl who helped me was so polite, professional and answered all my questions. Making the switch was fast and painless. We have six cars in my family, and now I’m saving hundreds. I even moved my home owners insurance to State Farm as well. I have referred all my friends and family and everyone raves about the responsiveness they have received. Now I really enjoy having a local office I can visit for prompt courteous service.

I switched to State Farm after years of using internet based insurance companies and have been nothing short of satisfied. Happy to say I've returned to State Farm. Wife talked me into going "elsewhere" after our Daughter had a fender bender "the other people" jacked our rates, and threatened to cancel our Policy. So I beat them to the punch, transferred all our cars, took the Homeowners policy saved a BUNDLE (pun intended) Christine is still there, helped to answer all my questions and welcomed me back.
