We have turned our unpaid accounts to them, even after we initially brought the customers to court, and they collected on balances we truly thought were uncollectable. I strongly recommend any business out there use them to manage balances that would typically be written off.

Recieved a debt collection notice .. My fault .. Totally forgot .. Paid in full, hassle free .. Very nice people .. No issues .. But many people simply don't like paying bills .. Hence 1 star reviews .. But I don't know why anyone would rate a debt collection company .. Of course they will get 1 star when people really don't like paying what they owe

If you don’t understand like I didn’t just ask for the payment cost and schedule a plan monthly. They won’t give you any other info, it not their job.

Paid off debt online, it was applied to my credit report within 10 days. Very easy and efficient. They followed up with a confirmation number and offered additional help if needed, highly recommend!

Great law office that just want's to collect the money that is owed to them. Most of these bad reviews are from people who don't want to pay thier bills great work guys .

It's a collection agency. The people I have dealt with are pleasant. Not lawyers . Sometimes I get annoyed when I call there to make a payment because you have to repeat stuff over and over

This isn't a collection agency which harasses you. I called to pay a bill I had lost track of and they helped me take care of it quickly and professionally. I would like them to update my credit report a bit faster though.

For my this being my first time having to pay a bill, they are pretty decent. I was never informed three years ago that I had a bill and when I informed them about this being my first time even knowing I had a bill they talked it out with me and instead of annoying me to everything up front; they understood and now I'm doing a decent payment plan.

After discovering an account in collections on my credit report I contacted this company. They were very helpful in getting the situation taken care of and the account was promptly removed.
