Best Western Monticello

We were there with my husband in October for a couple of weeks. They were really nice to us. Specially Kat, she was so thoughtful. I was experiencing neck pain, and she offered me to use the steam room.

My room was comfortable. I had a small balcony that looked out. Elevator and stairway access to my room I loved as stairs with luggage are a pain. Staff was always available. There's a restaurant next door and 2 gas stations. Just a minute away a dunkin donuts. Easy access to highway. I'd stay again

Lovely quiet room. Very clean and everything worked well other then the couch has seen it's better days. Much be a hideabed. Other then that, had a real tranquil night. Would stay again.

I appreciate how she made sure my son and I were having a great stay before she left her shift. The other employees were wonderful. My only concern was that the pool was cold, but I will be back most definitely. The food is good in the morning TRY IT!

This cute hotel is a few miles away from Bethel Woods. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and professional. The hotel has an indoor pool and their “continental “ breakfast is actually a full breakfast with eggs, waffles, nice selection of fresh fruit and cereals. Definitely recommend if you are in the area. I was actually impressed for the price it was worth it. Bed was comfortable and linens were modern

It's my second time there and will stay again very nice place very clean and location was great and breakfast was great. Just traffic was a busy area. Construction going on very confusing.

Our stay was wonderful. We were greeted by Amber at the front desk. She was friendly and gave some great recommendations for places to go and things to see.
Our room was impeccably clean (I always check things like tops of lights and the bathroom ceiling vent/fan- no dust here!!).
Breakfast was simple but good, and the property was well maintained. Will be back.

We stayed here only for one night for our daughter's Taekwondo competition. The room was immaculate, the amenities fantastic and the staff & owners were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

Clean comfortable beds. Love the pillows. Clean new showers.
Had a really good night sleep. They have a small pool didn't try it but kids enjoyed it. Haven't try the breakfast so can't comment on the. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

On a motorcycle trip had to stop by and spend the night. Because I was very tired of riding from Niagara Falls.

I am a young petite woman traveling alone and the best western makes me feel safe, at home and comfortable. I travel to the area quite frequently and have stayed at other hotels and Airbnb and nothing compares to the best western. The value is amazing for the beautiful rooms and property and the staff is always helpful and kind. I always recommend them to my coworkers. You will not be disappointed. Thank you best western for always taking such good care of me. I will see you soon.

The staff is professional and courteous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is available in the mornings, and carries diverse options from waffles to cereal to fruit.. something for everyone. There are two dining options and two convenience stores close-by. All in all, our stay has been comfortable and relaxing, so far. I wish we had brought our suits to swim in the pool.

This place was great! It was clean, everyone was friendly, and the breakfast was great. We were in a pinch when our campsite got rained out, and so glad we found this. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This is a nice mid-range hotel; a very satisfactory facility and staff. We've stayed here a couple of times for family events (funeral & graduation party). Nice breakfast selection (good waffles, real scrambled eggs a bit overcooked....but real, decent coffee, lots of other things). Pool was a bit on the chilly side; probably would have been okay if I wanted to actively swim, but I just wanted to float around a bit and unwind after a long drive.) I would recommend this for anyone not looking for a luxury hotel.

Stayed here for a concert at Bethel. We got a great night’s sleep in the comfortable beds and quiet hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Would stay here again!

Clean & modern hotel with amenities. Great nights sleep with comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Especially appreciated the infused water in the lobby. Exercise room and breakfast offerings were a great way to start the day. We'll be back for sure.

Great folks. Hotels were clean and really nice looking. Enjoyed our stay. Only thing I didn’t like is that other hotel guests were allowed to smoke by the front doors which stunk up the hallways...

This hotel is one of the few in the area, so whenever we see a show at Bethel Woods, we try to get a room here. On this trip we had 2 rooms and requested the balcony rooms when we made our reservations. The balconies are small, but fit 2 chairs comfortably. Our view was not so great because we had a low number room. The other room had a lovely view of the mountains, so request a higher number room 220 or higher. The breakfast was good. They had hot and cold offerings. I wish that they could extend their breakfast hours - especially on the weekend. An extra hour would be good.
