AT&T Store

I visited my local AT&T store in Monticello NY, I was greeted when i walked in, I told Angelica the problem i was having with my phone, she took my phone, and moments later, my phone was working properly with no problem. Happy customer

Jorge was wonderful. He put us in a business account, help us save.

Lamar and the staff at the Monticello, NY store spent endless hours restoring my info on a new phone. Because this information was so vital to my life, I wish to personally express endless gratitude , for without such help my life was doomed for sure. AND...these words are for REAL. Absolutely pleasant! I don't remember the woman that was workings name (6/4/23 @2:30pm) was very nice and helpful. What we needed was there and it was a easy purchase

I have visited this office twice. Both times were on Saturdays. The staff is amazing! Jennie was very patient, friendly, polite and professional. She did everything to help us quickly and efficiently. She was very helpful in choosing a service plan and phones. I am very satisfied and highly recommend!!!

I need to write this review bc I had given hope that the reps I've reached for the past 3weeks in one country have no idea what they're doing... SO I thought 🤔 I definitely take back my wrong opinion and want to let AT&T know that if the Philippines had a Regine in their offices it would be the perfect place to resolve all your issues....Regine was the most knowledgeable friendly n courteous reps I had the pleasure of handling my issues. Excellent customer care service, very personal, and accommodating to my exact needs. The place was very clean,calm, and able to serve multiple customers at once. I thought I was going to be neglected when more customers were coming in, but they stayed on top of my issues at all times. Truly a pleasant experience.

As is often the case in this type of business, my review reflects more on the person we dealt with than the product. Sales rep Marco was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Never saw a person multi-task so effectively before. Made everyone in a busy store feel welcome and comfortable. Appreciated his personal attention and ability to listen to our concerns. A true customer service professional.

Great staff but short handed. There were like 5 customers waiting. But I guess at times there's no customers to entend to.

I went rushing in 10 minutes before the store was closed and the representative was so very helpful and wasn't upset about last minute customer. She absolutely helped me with upmost customer care and I appreciate her. I've had some bad experience in the past but never left a review because you don't know if the person was just having a bad day. Bit the customer service was excellent and I want to thank the girl for helping me at a 5 star level.

A busy place but Rose who took care of me took time to explain things and made sure I was getting what I wanted. Knowledgable of the products very helpful, kind and with a smile. She made my crazy day better. Thank you Rose you are the best!!!

Went to upgrade 2lines on my account. I didnt have to wait long to get my things done. The store was nice and clean. The store clerk had wonderful customer service skills. Had a good day getting all my phone problems handled

I have visited the Monticello NY store on a couple occasions in the past year. I have always been treated with respect & on a timely manner. They are always customer first and took care of everything I needed. Treated me very nice. I definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

Sam was awesome, she managed that entire store by her self and kept everyone that was their customer wise happy. She demonstrated values any employer would be happy with.

Best AT&T Store in Orange & Sullivan County. Malcolm is an amazing rep who takes lots of pride in his job. The new store manager Ryan is so much better than the previous one. Great place to do business!!

I had spent about 2 hours there but it was bec of my old service provider making issues. The representative there was extremely patient and wouldn't stop trying different ways to solve the issue. Thank u Marco I greatly appreciate what u did for me.
