Each time I meet Mark I like him more! He came to me at a time when I was desperate for information to help my father from going into a nursing home. I'm not sure there are words adequate to explain the incredible job Mr. Grosky did on my case. After an extended hospitalization, I was discharged to home and in desperate need of both home health services and assistance in untangling the web of overlapping bureacracies before it was too late. My Mother's recent hospitalization, then to rehabilitation, and ultimately long term nursing home care led me to a hurried "do it yourself " medicaid application submission. My advise, do not attempt to submit a medicaid application on your own. I soon found the process to be complicated with the questions from the Department of Social Services and my answers seemingly prompting more questions. This back and forth proved extremely stressful and nerve-wracking.

Realizing I needed the help of an Elder Care attorney I reached out to The Grosky Law firm. Mr. Grosky answered my call and scheduled a next day appointment as he recognized my Mother's situation required immediate action. At our meeting Mr.Grosky discussed exactly what was necessary to sucessfully apply for Medicaid benefits. His years of experience were demonstrated as he explained how he would navigate through the maze of details and intricacies that the process involves.

Mr. Grosky requested the withdrawal of the original Medicaid application I had submitted, and within days had a new application hand delivered to the Department of Social Services. The application included hundreds of documents as well as an in depth explanation answering questions the DSS had regarding a Medicaid Asset Protected Trust and an issue with the Required Minimum Distribution of an IRA.

Within three weeks my Mother's medicaid application was approved.

In my opinion Mr. Grosky's years of experience, attention to detail, clear and thorough presentation of the Medicaid application to the Department of Social Services made a huge difference in the application review and facilitated the entire process.
