​Masci, Hale & Wilson Advanced Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry

I will never be able to say enough great things about this office. After roughly 35 years of dealing with terrible / subpar dental offices I came across Masci, Hale and Wilson. They are kind, knowledgeable, professional, and above all else GENTLE. I went from intense dental related anxiety to being completely calm when in the office. I used to have to have gas / Novocaine for a simple cleaning, no longer. I have had them do cleanings, gum work, and an entire top set of veneers - and can recommend them for all of the above and more. They have a patient for life :)

A dentist appointment does not exactly make the top 10 of “fun things to do.” However, Drs. Masci, Hale & Wilson find a way to make each visit as pleasant as possible. (Dare I say… causing a smile.) As a patient of many years, every one of the staff always makes the extra effort with a caring, cooperative spirit! The tone, of course, is set at the top- with Drs. Masci, Hale & Wilson!

Masci and Hale are the most courteous, friendliest and easy to do business with than any dentistry in the State of NY (and Florida - I know). BTW, they are excellent dentists and hygienists.

Dr Masci and his staff have been serving my dental needs for years. I started at the office with multiple dental conditions that were finally treated and resolved. Thank you to the friendly and professional atmosphere, I enjoy (almost) my bi yearly dental visits now!

My family and I have been very satisfied patients of Dr. Masci's for about 25 years. Everyone, including the office staff and the hygienists are all very pleasant and professional. At my last visit I was concerned about 1 tooth in particular. Dr. Masci relieved my concerns and more importantly, all the anxiety that went with it. Thank you, Dr. Masci!!

I despised the dentist until I met Dr. Masci. Not only is Dr. Masci an amazing dentist, he is one of the kindest souls a human can have. The office staff is incredible. I look forward to going into the office actually. I would never go anywhere else. My family members are all patients too. I hadn't gone to the dentist in quite a long time due to having no dental insurance. I was afraid, and embarrassed. As soon as I walked through the front door, I was welcomed warmly and made to feel comfortable and at ease. They took a lot of x-rays and explained everything in detail. They came up with a game plan that fit my budget. And I need a lot of work done. Doctor Reuscher is an absolute delight. Not only is he incredibly competent but he is down to earth and so funny. A great combination of competence and professionalism with a great bedside manner. The entire staff is fantastic. I had to get a few teeth pulled and the oral surgeon was also fantastic. I've never had anyone explain something so meticulously. They are always concerned about your level of emotional and physical discomfort. A++

I have been going to Masci & Hale for over ten years and I would never consider going anywhere else. The entire staff is kind, knowledgeable, thorough, flexible and treats their client's like family. I had cosmetic dentistry done 8 years ago, including veneers, and it is the most complimented aspect of my life. A great smile changes everything! I am so glad my children get to come here and see Dr. Wilson. She has been wonderful. I recommend this practice to everyone. Thank you all again!

I am a older gentleman who has had just about every type procedure done over my lifetime . From the friendly greetings to the impressive smart offices with the latest tech I was so impressed with the professionalism yet compassionate care and attention given me. I have always dreaded going in past not out of fear but the feeling I was stepping into a time share sales pitch. Not so here no hard sell of products . But a dentist is only as good as the people behind the masks and the Doctors all exceeded with their knowledge and time spent explaining what was happening. The front staff also very efficient and on top of everything . I cannot say enough good things about this practice if this was based on 10 it would be 10 of 10. Thanks guys

Dr Peter Masci and his staff are truly professional. They are concerned about every aspect of your oral health. The office is very clean and they go beyond the CDC protocol to prevent the transfer or spread of disease. Especially Covid 19. You are Welcomed on arrival as if you were a personal friend. And when you leave you are thanked for coming. There is no other Dental office to go to .

I am Erika, but I am using my husbands gmail. I have been with Dr. Hale since 2009. I had extensive dental work done (caps) so I could smile again. He did a super job and I had no problems. I can eat anything, like nuts, apples etc.
Cathy, my dental hygienist, always does a great job and is very caring and personable. The entire staff is just great.
Now finally, this past Friday, while chewing gum, one of my caps came off. It absolutely scared me, and I wanted it attended to the same day.
When I called the office , I was told, that Dr. Hale was off , but I could get an appointment with Dr. Wilson.
Well, it turned out she was terrific and fixed the tooth in no time without any discomfort. What a lovely and competent dentist she is.
I would 100 % recommend this office. I travel over 40 miles from southern
Putnam and it is worth it.

I had a tremendous fear of the dentist and spent 5 years avoiding that interaction. After a family member went to try out Masci & Hale, he returned home to report the ease of the experience and convinced me to go. I was prepared for the worst! I have a very small mouth for an adult and obviously knew the cleaning process would be challenging as I had let so much time pass from my previous cleaning, years before. The office staff was so welcoming and kind! Dr. Spadola was AMAZING. She and her assistant Kaylie was so incredibly nice and comforting. They made me feel at ease and took their time ensuring that I had the best possible experience. I had a cavity to be filled (I went the next day) and Dr. Spadola did whatever it took to make me comfortable, it was so greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back every 6 months for a cleaning and no longer have a fear of the dentist! I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone...those who love the dentist, are slightly skeptical or those who were like me; downright afraid of the dentist!! They are wonderful!
