Aspen Dental

Aspen Dental was a godsend! They did a tremendous amount of work in a relatively short amount of time. Along w/the dental work, I received great customer service. I had a wonderful 1st (and subsequent) visit. Also, they were very understanding and helpful regarding my financial portion. They offered several financing options. Thank you Dr. McQueen and Aspen Dental staff for exceptional visits

Arrived early since I was a new patient for a second opinion. Check in was smooth, taken back at my appointment time and staff was great (courteous, professional, and friendly). I feel confident in my decision to come to Aspen Dental. Check them out!

I didn't realize I already reviewed and didn't give much feedback lol so yea nobody needs to check in at another dentist office...y'all just come here. I've never had such an amazing experience at the dentist. I avoided getting even just another yearly exam/cleaning cause my last 2 experiences were rough. The cleaning I literally just got was amazing. My mouth feels the cleanest it ever has and that was so quick/gentle. On top of the kind communication.

They was very nice and pleasant and direct but once it comes to how much it cost to pull three wisdoms teeth it was $1,000 I think that's a little bit much to pay to get wisdom teeth pulled but all in all I love them I would definitely go back or have some of my friends to go there

I was dreading this visit because of past horrible experiences in the dentist office scared me off for years! But the pain I was enduring couldn’t go any longer so here I am in the office scared, nervous, and in severe pain… Aspen Dental changed the way I felt about the dentist with just one visit!

From entering the office to being seen EVERYONE and I mean everyone was so caring, kind, and informative every step of the way. From what was causing my pain down to what was needed to be down to fix my problems along with being told how they would go about helping me. Genuinely left with a smile on my face and feeling really good about my upcoming next visit! Highly recommend this office! 10/10 I can’t wait to go back now!

I'm a gagger. I gag horribly during x-rays. The dentist could not see what he needed to see with just the panaromic x-rays that they were able to get. So back to the x-ray room we go. I had two wonderful techs that worked with me and we were able to get the necessary x-rays. The secret was to open wide while one tech positions and holds the device positioned where it needs to be while the other tech pushes the button! Still gagged, but not as bad.

The best Doctor McQueen! And the Dental Assistants are super friendly and very nice! Very professional.Thank you! I highly recommend this Office for any type of procedure. They are the 👌 best!

I came there as a third opinion and am so glad I did. The people were so helpful, friendly and professional. I went in for a consultation and ended leaving with the first root canal on my treatment plan. I highly recommend them especially if you're apprehensive (as I am) about dental care.

Awesome! Staff was friendly, courtious and professional. This was my first visit to Aspen. There was no pressure and I didn't feel rushed. I think I have found a new dentist!

Dr McQueen and his staff are very professional and friendly. This is a great office for people who are hesitant of seeing a dentist, Dr McQueen is gentle and concerned about making sure the patient is comfortable.

Everyone was very pleasant. My wait was minimal. The office did not have that usual dentist office smell for which I was grateful because that smell usually triggers anxiety. The dental hygienist was very nice. She provided me with the information to make an informed decision about my dental care. For someone who has a "phobia" about dentists, this was a good experience and, for the first time in my life, I am looking forward to future visits to this dental office.

They are very professional, Dr. Queen is very nice and his assistant is very professional and nice. The front desk is very pleasant and the office manager explained in detail how much it would cost.

Best place ever took me right in last minute pulled my bad tooth so I could have my knee replacement surgery this place is awesome and the dentist she was excellent.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental at Eastgate, Cincinnati, Ohio. I found everyone to be very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait at all for my visit. They have state of the art equipment which I was quite impressed. I recommended 100%.

I just had 3 fillings redone because my last dentist jacked them up over a year ago. I had decay under 2 of them, and another one wasn't close enough to the next tooth so I had developed a horrible and painful food trap between those 2 teeth. They were very nice. And they explain everything to me from the service to what it will cost me. They were very thorough and everything that they did. And they were also very helpful.

Dr McQueen listened to me when I told him I needed more Novocain, when he was extracting my tooth, which took some time getting out, but he did it with tender, loving care, and I am so ever grateful. His dental assistant was very kind and helpful, she was amazing..
