Dentists of Eastgate

I have been using them for 2 years. They have perfect schedules to meet everyone's needs. I always have a 7 am appointment on Fridays. Everything be is friendly and on time. Dr Vishal and the whole staff are so friendly. I recommend this place highly.

I came for my first dentist appointment in over 5 years and was incredibly nervous… Terri and Lauren and Ronnie made the experience so easy and calming! Lauren eased all my budget concerns and Ronnie was so sweet checking me in. But Terri really made my experience! I was so nervous to come in and by the end Terri had me so comfortable by the end of my appointment we were cracking jokes. Such an amazing experience all around. Definitely will be recommending everyone to come here!

I had to have an emergency procedure and they spent roughly 6 hours on me. I had Debra, Heather, Colin, Lizzi, Ronnie, Dr Ly and who knows how many others fixing my issue. Everyone was wonderful. Highly recommended.

The office personnel were very friendly and helpful. I was there for oral surgery. Dr.Carter and his crew were fantastic. They removed a molar that was a problem. I felt no pain and it was over in less than 90 seconds. No pain since the extraction. I would definitely recommend Dr. Carter as an oral surgeon.

I highly recommend this place! I was squeezed in day-of for an emergency and the staff were very helpful. Dr. Ly is amazing! I explained to him that it’d been a little while since I’ve been to a dentist, I was nervous and he was very understanding and patient. I had a million post-visit care questions and he answered them all. They worked with me on my budget with a payment plan that doesn’t break the bank. Five stars from me!

The staff was professional, engaging, and did the absolute most to ensure that I receive the best and most affordable care possible! Phenomenal from start to finish. Front desk staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Dental assistants are personable. Dr. Ly made the experience so comfortable. He sought out the billing manager to ensure I understood the out of pocket costs, which ended up being less than quoted. And he performed my cleaning himself to avoid the wait I’d have with the dental assistant. Not to mention I’ve never once had a dentist test for what kind of cleaning I should have to prevent periodontal disease. Highly recommend Dentists of Eastgate.

Dr. Ly is great and has an amazing bed side manner. Heather and Dr. Ly make you feel so comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend you go to the Dentist of Eastgate for any dental needs.. Front office is very friendly and organized. All the staff is wonderful. Dr. Ly Rocks.

I recently visited for treatment and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. Dr. Parmar and his assistant Heather helped me and from the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, and the atmosphere of the office was inviting and clean.

By far the best dentist office I've been to! For one I called for a cleaning and got in within 2 weeks. I was greeted by a very sweet girl at the front and was told to check in online and finish paperwork. The waiting area was decorated adorable for valentines day, which is a nice touch. The dentist was very professional and explained every detail, even answering my many questions. I ended up needing a deep cleaning and a cavity filled. Honestly they all were so kind and gentle through the hard work I needed done they made it more pleasant to deal with. I honestly now see the way a dentist visit is suppose to be, I obviously have never seen that in my 48 yrs of age. I will be a forever patient and already have booked my daughter and referred my son. I will be letting others know about my experience! This office deserves ten stars!

I needed a quick fix with my crown and Dentists of Eastgate fit me in last minute. I was so relieved that they bent over backwards to fit me in. Dr Parmar was thorough and quick with the fix, his assistant Heather was a true delight- she made me feel quite at ease with her wit and charm. I cannot recommend Dentist of Eastgate enough! Go now!! What a wonderful experience. After leaving my previous dentist, I was nervous about finding a new place. I was able to get in here quickly for an emergency broken tooth and what a breeze it was. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and prompt. Nice to have a local dentist office I can trust.

This was the most wonderful dental experience I have ever had! Dr. Parmer and ALL of his staff were wonderful from x-rays to cleaning! They were even thorough with explaining what my insurance covered and what I would owe.
I was sad to leave my old dentist because they weren't accepting my insurance anymore, but they made the transition a wonderful, new start! Thanks again, so much!

I’ve come in a few times with my dad and have had nothing but a great experience. From the front desk and billing, to my interactions with the doctors, hygiene, and dental assistants. Everyoje is professional and polite and goes out of there way to always help: I had trouble finding my dad a dentist to go to in the area that both took insurance and took the time to be completely transparent and explain thoroughly. It is hard for elderly patients to trust doctors but this dentist office has been nothing but incredible. Thank you for helping my dad and making him feel safe and excited to come to his dentist!

Amazing amazing amazing! Cannot emphasize enough how phenomenal this experience was! Dr. Bernardes was great, and so was Heather her assistant. However, the shining star was Ronnie. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny! I hope that Dentists of Eastgate is aware of the gem that it has found in this employee. She was helpful every single step of the way —and more beyond! Such a great crew! There were three other employees with whom I interacted briefly, and they were top notch as well. I just didn’t catch their names, unfortunately. I was so pleasantly surprised with this office that I absolutely had to write a review! Financially, Ronnie made sure that I was not overpaying for things that my insurance did not cover either. Dr. Barardes did not let me get the procedure that I originally intended to receive after seeing that it was not a good long term option. She was very helpful finding an option that would not become a problem later down the road —despite me having my heart set on it. It just felt like they are really looking out for their patients in every aspect of their service —even the smallest of details. Cannot rave about them enough!

I dreaded going into the dentist just like everyone else does. But I had a tooth emergency that needed attention. I immediately felt at ease from the beginning to the end. They are so understanding and really listen to you. If you are anxious or nervous this is the place to go. I felt like part of their family by the time I left. Thank you!!

Everything about my experience was amazing. By far the best dentist and care I’ve received at a dentist. No pushing for extra things to be done and very understanding. I went and saw Dr.Vishal and he was an amazing dentist. Even the other staff front desk, Heather, and Debra were equally amazing and so caring. Defiantly recommend!

I needed a root canal and my dentist has retired. I have always had a fear of the pain with having a root canal. After meeting Dr Ly and his staff I felt the courage I needed to finally get this done. Although I did like my dentist who retired I can honestly say I have never had my fears relieved as I did with Dr Ly and his assistant Colin. They were very patient with me during my dental procedures. Root canal filling and 2 crowns in one visit! The procedure was 4 hours. These professionals never one time made me feel uncomfortable but consistently encouraged me throughout the process! I can honestly say they restored my faith in the dental world! I am very grateful to have them as a part of my dental team! I highly appreciate and recommend Eastgate Dental
