Shawn and his team were fantastic to work with! He made the couch buying process easy, fast and friendly. I know first hand people are sometimes leery of stores near military bases, but Furniture World NW is truly a great experience. They seemed to have everything from affordable entry level furniture to high end more unique pieces. Our couch arrived in a timely manner, and Shawn was prompt to call us upon delivery. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

These people are the best! Ended up almost remodeling our living room! We are very happy with our purchases! Prices range from low to high! Something for everyone!

Just had a very pleasant experience buying and customizing a new couch with Adam. He was very professional and helpful with the process. It was also significantly cheaper to customize the couch we wanted ($2300) vs buying the same style couch online ($4000+). Will keep this review updated as we go about wait time and delivery of the couch, but so far the buying and designing process has been amazing.

I was very satisfied with my experience buying a new bed set and couch. The shipping was faster than expected and set up crew were very efficient. Shaun was the representative i worked with he was great, not pushy at all.

Three generations of my family have gotten our mattress’s here. They’re the go to place on the island for the most part. If you want a bigger selection you have to go off island. Fine people and good selection.

I had a very bad experience at Ashley's in Mount Vernon! They mispriced an item and would not honor it. I went to Furniture World in Oak Harbor. Shawn the Manager found me, and order me the exact item for a better price than Ashley's had even mispriced. They Rock!!!

Purchased a couch in June and had a great experience! Laura assisted us through the whole process from answering questions over the phone to showing us around the store and finally helping us find the right one! With Covid delaying a lot of orders until mid-late August we were elated that she was able to get us a floor model as I am now very pregnant and due any day so dealing with situating a couch is the last thing I would like to be worried about.

Delivery was quick and easy and although because of new health restrictions they weren't able to bring the couch inside they were able to help my partner slide the pieces into our front door so it wouldn't have to sit outside in the rain! We were so grateful for your help gentlemen!

I like their selection, and that they can order the furniture, then deliver and put it together for you. That's very helpful! And the protection plans are pretty legit. Adam and Shawn are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I previously gave this place a bad reiview because I was ill informed about the situation at hand. The reason for the 2 month delay on my tv console was because of the strikes happpening at the docks down in California. Which is where they get most of their furniture. The company is even expecting delays from their domestic companies as well as part of the falling and then sudden rise of the economy. having those companies previously laying off most of their workers. Anyway the manager just called me up upon posting my previous review and informed me of the situation Which all checked out factually. I am absolutely in awe that I received such a speedy and intelligent reply that I am 're evaluating this company with 5 stars. With knockout prices and overseen by a manager that actually cares about what's going on with your order I would recommend this company to anyone. Just remember to do your research like I should have done in the beginning.

I bought a beautiful pub height dining room table and chairs from them last summer. They delivered on the date they promised and assembled it without any issues. Plus they have a no-pressure sales staff.

Had a great time exploring everything the other day.
Don't be fooled by the window paint, this store has premium furniture inside.

Not the best or biggest furniture store, but definitely the best in Oak Harbor. Furniture was the same one we liked at Ashley, but at Furniture World, the price and delivery were much lower.
