It was a pleasure to work with Juan (and his team ) from Keen Improvements, on two bathroom remodels. Juan is very professional and runs a top-notch business! Juan is not just a contractor but an artist! On a scale from 1-10 we would give them 100!! We have other projects to do in the future and we will be calling Juan. We loved working with Juan and his team for our bathroom transformation! They were meticulous, professional, friendly, prioritized safety during COVID, and collaborative. Juan and his team did a full remodel of a en suite bathroom. This was taken down to the studs and rebuilt. Juan gave an accurate timeline, an up front estimate that he stuck to, and helped me to make sure I had the necessary supplies at each step of the process. The whole team was pleasant and professional, including his contractors, a pleasure to have in our home while we were also working from home. The finished product is exactly what we planned on, and I believe that Keen Improvements will stand by their work if any issues were to arise. I am very happy with the work that was done, I have already recommended them to friends and and plan to contact them again for future jobs in our home.

Juan, Mariana, and team are really great. We hired them to redo our bathroom and they were so quick, so communicative and the work they do is top notch. We can not recommend them enough!

I've worked with Juan Suarez and Keen Improvements twice now and they did a great job for me both times. Juan is very professional and one of the most knowledgable residential contractors I've met. He also takes a great deal of pride in his work and hires very skilled subcontractors to work with him. My second job was very complicated - involving most of the trades - and had to be started quickly. Juan was able to coordinate it all and finish it within an appropriate time frame and budget range. He worked with me on the detailing and it looks great. I am an architect with over 20 years of experience and I would recommend Keen Improvements as well as hire them again.

Juan and his team did an amazing job painting our home. Quick and precise, as well as completely professional. In three days they transformed the house with minimal interruption. Juan is a pleasure to work with and cares about your home as much as you do. Absolutely recommend.

Juan and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Walked us through the proposal and delivered on every detail. He and his staff were very knowledgeable and professional. The timeline for completion was on target.....they showed up at the time the said they would start daily and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. We had Juan and his team remodel a bathroom and improve a second bathroom. We found them to be professional and prompt (kept us informed on a daily basis), the work quality was excellent (paying attention to details) helpful if issues surfaced (problem solving) and thoughtful (cleaning up before leaving every night). We would highly recommend them for any project large or small you undertake!!

Could not be happier with our decision to use Juan & his crew! We had a total bathroom done and it came out great! Keen improvements were professional, on time, clean and their work is fantastic. They completely gutted and remodeled my bathroom. They did tiles, electrical work, plumbing and floor installations.
