Cincinnati Dental Services - Eastgate

I came in for a cleaning and was offered a cap for my implant!!!! I don't have implants nor do I have any caps...I misheard the tech and thought she called my name...:-)
Laura was my DH and she was really good. I like this practice and the staff. They are always cordial and thorough.

I dreaded my appointment today because I had 2 crowns to be worked on. I soon found out that I had nothing to worry about with Dr Lee and his associate working on me. Their gentle caring touch made it a pain free visit. Thank you Dr Lee.

So helpful, respectful, professional and kind!!! Elisabeth and Dr Lee were amazing. I can’t tell you how easy they made my procedure be. I was lucky to have the lovely people at Cincinnati Dental Edgewood get me at the East Gate Ferguson office for an extraction.

A root canal was performed by Dr. Cox in a very thorough and professional manner. She and her assistant worked excellently well to take care of my ailing tooth. I experienced no pain or discomfort because of their good and compassionate procedures. Many thanks to Dr. Cox for her excellent work.

This dentist office is amazing! The entire staff is so nice and friendly! I’ve seen Amber 2 times and see her again in November! She’s awesome! I never knew I had small issues with my gums receding until she saw me and gave me a list of recommendations for periodontists to look into. I’m going next month! I also had to get 2 fillings done today and Dr. Cox was so good at what she did! There was no uncomfortably during the entire process and she had Heather helping her who was also so nice and great at what she does as well!

I have waited to get my teeth taken care of for so long due to a medical issue. I was so nervous and afraid of judgement. These people are incredible. They were so kind and caring. Took their time and explained everything. I was also 45 minutes late because I got lost and they still took me in with a smile. Thank you so much Eastgate Dental Services.

The service that I received during my visit is way above my expectations. I am treated like family. They go to great lengths to make me comfortable and use great care performing procedures.

They always do a great job!! I was stuck at the pediatrician office longer than I expected and called the office. They were able to still fit me in even though I was 20 minutes late. It was important because I am in college and it is hard to schedule appointments when I am in town. Thank you!

Amber was great! She explained everything about what I havwegoing in with my teeth. She answered all my questions. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of the office and made me feel very comfotable.

The office is clean, the staff is friendly and Dr. Lee is very nice. My dentures look natural. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

As usual my dental hygienist was fabulous! She always does a great job cleaning my teeth and making them feel refreshed. I appreciated the dentist going over some concerns she had and talking them out with me.

Loved Dr. Rachel Cox!!! She made me feel at ease when getting my teeth pulled asking me if I was comfortable and to let her know if it hurt!! She was also as gentle as she could be! Very personable. Thank you!

My cleaning feels great as always at Cincinnati Dental! I get the best cleaning there as compared to other places I’ve been. The dentist seemed knowledgeable but didn’t tell me her name. I haven’t had dental work there so can’t really comment on that.

I worked with Dr. Cox who was both accommodating and kind. Every time I have worked with this company at both locations I have visited, I've had the most positive experiences. I will continue my dental visits with this location as long as they are open due to the way the staff treats their patients.

We have been going to Cincinnati Dental for a few years now. They always get us in quickly and always do a great job, whether it is for routine cleaning or other dental issues. They have always been very nice, too.

Just adore the crew at Cincinnati Dental, Eastgate. You’re treated with smiles and kindness from the minute you enter to the moment you leave. Every 6 months I look forward to seeing “My” hygienist Laura W - she’s phenomenal!
