I called last month and got in right away but I ended up getting sick so when I called they rescheduled me right away. The only thing I wish is they had a patient portal so you can see results instead of someone calling you. But other wise then that Heather was very easy to talk to you and listened to everything I had to say,

I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Guneratne, it's been extremely difficult. Online it says there accepting new patients but when I called the receptionist said no. They need to call and update the insurance companies and let them know there not accepting new patients.

called for appointment…insurance acceptance….called 3x in 6 years….still refused new patients….suggested that they update website info…I got rushed off the phone
