They cancelled my car Insurence December 15th due to not having enough information for my policy remind you I was a customer since October first and no one ever told me what I was missing and to find out they cancelled my policy just because I didn’t see November’s payment but they took December’s and on top of that I was driving around with no Insurence and now I owe dmv 161$ to lack of communication on their part and I called countless time and emailed my absent and even tried to connect with her on google chat and even the cat Insurence agent even called and no answer or call backs plus on December 21st they refunded my $ to a card that I never ever owned which I found out from nycm when I called them directly so yeah don’t do business with these people unless your the rich and famous of Marlboro cause then they will cater to your needs. Thank god I didn’t get into an accident and check my bank statements cause my life could of been ruined and also thank you for making me shell out more $ than I had to cause I had to go with my old Insurence company to just get liability so I could drive to work and no lose my job- great customer service and thank you for no communication at all - you guys rock!!!!

I did not take an insurance policy with this company, because the customer service is careless.
