Jets Collision Repair

The whole experience was amazing. My parked car was hit badly enough that the driver's door was indented (window would not go down) and the mirror in pieces. I took my car to Jets on a recommendation and am very glad I did. Totally worth the 40 minute drive. Car looks as good as new. Customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you guys so much, especially Jen and George.

Just picked my car up from them today they did an amazing job it looks brand new!! George was also super helpful with everything this was my first accident I had no idea what to do he explained everything helped with the insurance company (stay away from Allstate) this experience with them was great I knew they were good that why I went to them I wouldn’t recommend anyone to fix your car!! Only thing that sucked was how long it took but it’s not their fault !! Thank you guys for all your help through this!!

Being an car enthusiast at first I was a little nervous dropping my car off at a body shop, knowing the amount of work they would be doing. But after getting frequent updates on what was going on with it, and seeing the finished product I am more than comfortable with having them do any of my work in the future. The quality of work and efforts made to bring your car back and better than it was really set jets apart from other shops. Needless to say my car won't be going anywhere else but jets anytime I need body work done again!

Jets was amazing! I'm turning 40 soon and have had plenty of insurance company interactions over the years. This year I had my single worst experience ever due to Allstate business practices and Jets was GPS for insurance hell. Their management genuinely wants every customer taken care of and bends over backward to make it happen. Will never consider any other collision repair / bodyshop.

As a car enthusiast who has quite literally poured their heart and soul into their car I can whole hearted-ly say that jets truck and autobody is by far the best body shop I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They do not let insurances try to screw you over with aftermarket or refurbished parts, they do in fact fight for you to have the insurance do their job and pay for ALL of the damage. I have dealt with them several times and every single time I come away confident and happy in the fact that my car looks better than new after dealing with them. The painter does absolutely fantastic work, and all he guys there do their absolute best to make sure that they are proud of their work and more importantly that the customer is happy with their results.
I for the life of me cannot believe the one star review left here on Google. So if you will take it from some one who has themselves spent countless hours working on their car making it something they've always dreamed of. I only go to jets truck and autobody in Kinderhook out of all the body shops here because of their fantastic work, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to make your car look better than new. They treat your car like it is their own and that kinda of workmanship and respect is hard to come by now a days.
Jets has impressed my father with their work, if you knew him that would say everything you need to hear.

These folks are absolutely wonderful to work with- They took my problem and turned it into a prize winner. The end result was a restored vehicle that looked showroom new from front to rear, inside and out. My deepest THANKS and I highly recommend them as the best service providers out there!

The kinderhook shop had my car for 4 weeks and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. After about 2 and a half weeks(a week past the promised date) they said it was done. When I went to pick it up the headlight was sticking out past the fender, there were 3 spots where the paint was peeling, and a hair was painted into the bumper. George said he'd fix it. I just got the car back today after week 4 and the headlight is still sticking out some and they put touch up paint on one of the peeling spots. When my wife told George he said it's good and wouldn't even go out to look at it. Throughout this whole experience we've been lied to and been denied answers. I will never do business with Jets again and I will tell everybody I see to go somewhere else.

failure to perform work. vehicle brought in on 19 Dec. and failure to complete work as of 30 Dec. no explanation as to why. not
able to contact anyone. Very, very poor service.
