The staff were friendly and welcoming. The Dr. was so caring about my situation and explained in detail the results of my hearing tests. After receiving my hearing aids the Doctor took the time to go over everything concerning wearing the hearing aids and how to work them!! Being able to actually hear, I don’t know why I waited so long. I learned so much in one visit about what hearing loss could affect .. I would say to anyone with this problem, DON’T wait! And this is the place to come!!

From the moment I walked in till I was done I felt like I was family. The single best hearing test I have ever had, and that was the fourth one in the last 7 months.

Premier hearing provided excellent service from admitting a new patient, examination, explanation of the diagnosis and finally the purchase of new hearing aids. Joe explained clearly where my hearing has diminished.

It's been 9 years since Joe improved my life with hearing aids.
I've had a few incidents that Premiere Hearing has been able to take care of.

The most major was my puppy got a hold of my hearing aid. Premier was able to have the hearing aid repaired, and since it was still under warranty, at no cost.

Joe and staff continue to be amazing, friendly, concerned care providers as well as good friends.

I met Joe back in 2015. At that time I was Retired Military and currently working as a Police Officer. Two careers that can be detrimental to your hearing. From gun fire and explosions to loud shrieking alarms in businesses that have to be cleared to make sure no perpetrators are inside. I had been exposed to it all.
Like a lot of people I knew I had a problem with my hearing but I felt embarrassed by it. I found myself going through life smiling, nodding and even laughing at jokes, I never heard.
I tried a couple hearing places that for me just didn't feel right to me.
Then I found Joe at Premier Hearing Center. I don't remember exactly how I finally ended up at Premier but I'm glad I did. I met Joe and he made me feel at ease. He checked my hear to see parameters of my hearing loss. He explained things in simple terms. He found hearing aids that were covered by my insurance and fit my hearing loss.
Recently I lost one of those hearing aids Joe set me up with all those years ago.
By now I had also retired from the police department. I had insurance that didn't cover my hearing loss. My Wife was getting tired of yelling at me and told me to go see about getting new hearing aids. I knew if I was going to see about hearing aids. I was going to go talk to Joe. Because I knew he would steer me in the right direction even if it would have meant sending me somewhere else to get them. He was able to find me aids that fit my hearing loss for a price I could afford.
His goal is to make the quality of his patients life better.
I truly would go know where else first.
