Clermont County Public Library - Union Township Branch

A wonderful young lady helped my wife and I print out something off our phone. She also helped us copy said item. So pleasant and very helpful. I feel bad that I didn't get her name. Wow, over and above all expectations. I hope she remembers us, we will definitely remember her. Friday March 1st about 10 am.

Most kind staff and clean library on the planet! Grateful for all they do and offer. Not only books and media, but computer use and printing services. Fax and print for cheap, borrow a CD or a movie for free. And always so helpful!

This is a beautiful library. Very organized, bright and cheery. And the staff are very friendly and professional. Many many books, DVD's, and lots of computers to do research and work on.

Libraries in general are wonderful and this one is a favorite. The staff are helpful and friendly. They frequently have displays of different genres or age interests. I have also been told by the library staff that they like to hear about what the patrons are reading, so I frequently do.

Super clean,big very helpful staff. There's lots of side rooms to go in and read in private. Huge selection of books you can even reserve them online and pick them up no complaints with this library at all.

The selection of books here is incredible! I love the manga shelf the most. I'd definitely recommend coming here for resources for school projects, too, they have books for nearly every subject!

The staff is super patient with us that do not understand technology . I love bringing my kids here . They can use the computers and play games as well as having a kids area .

Great library, recently moved into the area from Brown County, library is organized, staff is ready and helpful to new arrivals.

Systems are all very efficient, self-scan for materials to check out, generous checkout times and lengths. Would highly recommend.

The Union Township branch library has good resources with their books, videos, computers, printers and such. Also, the friendly and helpful staff has ordered many books and videos for me if they didn't have it on hand. A good plus for the Eastgate area.

Great location. The staff here is always willing to help with any questions or problems that might come up. They will gladly help you search for items outside the local system too. This branch is always clean & in good shape as well.

I went here to print some documents because my printer was broken and the man working here was very helpful and walked me through it even when there was issues printing them! Very Good customer service!

You can get books and videos for free by walking into the library, ordering in line or having them put in a locker outside the library for pickup after hours!

This library is so well organized and clean the workers are so helpful so much so they even remember your name and I enjoy my visit every time I go.special thanks to Ann & Debbie for providing a warm and inviting experience!!!

I love this library, the people that work there have been extremely helpful to me. All of them. My Grandson is learning to read and there are many books there for the early reader

Got all the kids library cards, and let them pick their books. We didn't even make it home which is 5 minutes away before they were all immersed in their stories!

Awesome library, newer looking building with a huge selection and the staff was very friendly even though the computer system was down, was still able to check out books.

Great place to come and relax. I'm very happy the staff doesn't let the children run around crazy when they try to do so. Very well controlled cozy atmosphere.

Very quick in finding books from other branches and doing a library search in Ohio. Very pleased that they send me emails concerning which books are due and automatically renewing books notifications.
