Jim was the agent when we sold our home recently in Findlay. He was exceptional. We were being relocated with my company out of state and the relocation company was a disaster and the buyers were a little pushy at the end but Jim was amazing throughout the entire process. If we were still in the area we would only use Jim. His experience definitely is invaluable and made us feel in control the entire time.

Carol Peterson was a wonderful seller's agent for us. She navigated through a very poor and unprofessional buyer's agent as well as difficulties with my company's relocation agent. She persisted and communicated very well making the process as smooth as it could be facing difficult circumstances.

Did not use their services, but have heard for many years that they are a good company, so I wanted to find out more about them. I would consider their services when needed.

Jason Alge was the listing agent I had nothing but issues with him. They never provided information on what was going on unless contacted he tried to hide things at the end of the deal he tried to tack on another percent onto the commission thank goodness I was able to catch it and after it was all said and done I contacted Jim Geyer I forwarded him the text messages that Jason had sent to show how unprofessional Jason was being and how he suggested another realtor and/or company and at that point I thought for sure Jim would handle it he promised be back in touch with me I waited for nearly 2 weeks tried to contact him several times and he would never respond back to this day so if you’re looking for a professional realty company keep searching. FYI one star is too much credit but it was the lowest option.

For almost a year I tried to see 116 W Jackson Fostoria Ohio. Jason Alge was the listing agent. 1st time it had a offer, it fell thru. 6 months later I left messages saying I still wanted to see it. No Reply but he sends more emails of houses coming on the market. Another 3 months go by. This time I leave Emails and call his phone and leave message. Finally I decide to call my realtor, who unfortunately has a client with a pending offer on that same house. So they are unable to help(conflict of interest). After talking with a few realtors they tell me Jason Alge is bad at returning calls.
I called Jim from ERA and he would call Jason Alge to find out what was going on and assured me he would get back with me today or tomorrow. A few days went by I called Jim back and was given his cell phone. So I callled it and left a message. 10 days later still waiting !
Is it so hard for a company to call someone to let them know what is going on- Unprofesional

Barbara Troiano was the listing agent for a home that I recently purchased in Columbus Grove. Mrs Troiano is the most dishonest, unorganized, unethical real estate professional I have ever dealt with. The entire home buying experience was so stressful because of all the excess baggage associated with Mrs Troianos values and morals, that I truly wish I could go back and purchase a different property. Mrs Troiano lied about the acreage associated with the property. She continuously lied about the progression of repairs the home needed for my lender to approve the loan. She not only allowed, but encouraged her client to break the purchase agreement contract and completely disregard what was stated pertaining to the possession date after closing. She also excused herself, with her client, to go get drinks during the closing at the bar in which both her and her client frequently visit. She is completely unprofessional and dishonest. If you're looking for an honest real estate broker/agent, keep looking. Any company who would continue to employ someone like Mrs Troiano, knowing her track record and reputation, speaks for itself. I hope those of you who took the time to read this post, take it to heart as I would never in my life, ever suggest using this brokerage or Mrs Troiano as an agent. Have a nice day!
