Way better than Home Depot in every aspect. And very very helpful at this location!

Was in electrical department and the employee was very knowledgeable. He told me exactly how to hook the part up. I followed his directions and it was perfect. Very good experience.

I mean Lowe's is Lowe's. They can be pricier than Menards sometimes, but it doesn't hurt to compare for sure. Savings is savings. Dropped in here looking for a grill.

Holly went above and beyond to help me with my online order and when I needed to return a few unneeded items from the project, she remembered that I had left my tape measure behind and had it set aside behind the counter for me when I came back.

Went to Lowes to buy a freezer. The one we wanted was out of stock. The associate, Shawn, called around and found a store nearby that had one in stock. He asked the person to physically check the item before he sent us 40 miles to pick it up. Confirmed the product, gave the associate on the phone our name. When we arrived, Char, the other associate was waiting for us, confirmed the item. Char and her team member Doug, answered all of our questions and even helped load the freezer onto our truck!! Great customer service!!

I had a refrigerator delivered today and Oscar and Eric were great they made sure I was happy with the results because the store was to put the door on the other way but did not so Eric and Oscar fixed the problem they are wonderful to go the extra mile to make a customer satisfied

Lowes is great! They give 10% off for veterans, which I appreciate even though I never had the honor of serving myself. I believe this is a very good idea that all business should do. Way to go Lowes!!!

Findlay Lowe's was great and knowledgeable as we are in the market for an oven-range. Fremont Lowe's said what we were looking for was DEFINITELY in-store here and after the drive, in my truck, you think they had it? Nope. We ordered anyway and came out to eat. Thanks to the staff for extra questions answered. 1 last thing...people in Findlay can't park!

My son needed an extended tip for a screwdriver, so I went to Lowe's. James met me there in the tool section and found exactly what I needed in less than 2 minutes. (even after I contradicted him...and he politely said, Ma'am, that's what I showed you first...) SUPER sweet man, very helpful and not at all rude even when the customer (me) was NOT right. He cares about helping, and that's not a quality you find in everyone. Thank you, James!!

Most of my experience has been with thier appliances and paint. I have purchased in the last 25 years several appliances such as refrigerators, ranges and microwaves and of course a lawn mower and power washer. My last appliances are about 4 years old and they are LG. I purchase the majority of paint and stain at Lowes also. Never had a complaint or issue with Lowes for anything. I like Lowes a lot.

We needed a whole house humidifiers. We have looked online but it was a week or more for delivery. Walked into Lowe's they had a good selection. Bought the one we needed and now we're home and it's working. Much easier than ordering and waiting.

This is the store we choose for our home improvement needs. Love their flower garden selection. Clean store. 10% military discount. So helpful when we have a question. No complaints from us. My husband & I love Lowe's.

Went with a picture from my husband for outlet insulators...found the outlet aisle, full of associates. There were 4 or 5 of them...very helpful, tried to find the things I needed but couldn't. I went and found an older gentleman, who knew EXACTLY what they were and where they were. In fact he took me right to them! At the checkout lane, one of the first young men came up to me, with what he thought was the right product...it wasn't, but I was impressed by his diligence in looking! Keep up the good work!
