The apartment manager is awesome. Very nice and personable. Maintenance is quick and professional. Only been here less than a week and I'm loving it!

I absolutely loved my time here! Michele, the property manager, was amazing from the application process all the way until move out. She was responsive and friendly with any item that was brought to her attention. If I had not bought a house, I would still be living here. I would encourage anyone to move to this wonderful, private community!

Safe and secure facility. The apartments truly have a feel of home. Michelle; in the office was very polite and provided answers to some of the most small questions. The maintenance crew also was quick to make repairs and conducted quality work. I truly enjoyed my stay at Redwood Apartments.

We rented here for 15 months before we bought out house. The apartments are very clean, the neighbors are nice and overall a very nice place to rent from. Michele is an awesome property manager (I believe that’s the correct term). The maintenance people here are top notch. Whenever there was an issue, they were there right away. By far a very good place to rent from.

Love the Maintenance Guys here at Redwood Findlay! As always, they are prompt, polite, and punctual. Having a dedicated maintenance team is one of the things I love most about living here.

I moved into the neighborhood in February. Maintenance has been extremely helpful. Michele is very nice and answers all my questions. The neighborhood is very clean compared to others I have viewed. The neighbors are really friendly.

Just moved in 3 days ago.. so far Maintenance has been excellent in response and repairing some of the things past renters left behind. Apartment was very clean and very up to date. Love the place so far especially the garage to keep my car out of the snow.

Michelle is very professional, very reliable as a manager and great help making sure the renting process was easy and efficient. In addition to impressive management, the property is clean and the apartments are great. Overall very positive experience.

I came home around 6:10 pm and I saw a water that was coming out of my garage. I called the office right away and they asked me to see where the water was coming from. It was coming from the heater cylinder and within 5 minutes she sent the guy in. David came and explained to me why the cylinder was leaking and asked me to wait till the water drain out. Within less than 45 minutes the problem was resolved and David replaced the whole heater cylinder. I honestly have been living in the US for almost 10 years, traveling from state to another. During these years, I Never lived in a lovely community like redwood and I never been satisfied with the service like I’am satisfied now with redwood apartments. To sum up, I’m so pleased to be a resident in Redwood neighborhood.

We just moved into our apartment here at Redwood and we could not ask for better service. First, the place is beautiful and is everything we were looking for. Not only this, but the manager, Michele, is always responsive and keeps us informed on everything we need to know. Throughout the process, she has been there for us. We could not be more satisfied!

The Redwood really take care of their properties and when there is something wrong, the maintenance team takes care of the issue quickly, just put in a maintenance request and they will get back with you, We love it here because it is close to shopping by a mile.

Most professionaly run leasing office I've ever visited. Property manager was very polite and professional. The property itself is also beautiful. If you're looking for apartments in the area I definitely recommend giving this place a visit.

Nice community to stay. Only, children's play area is missing. There should be a play area, at least a small one for the children's to play. Apart from the play area, the community is a great place to stay as it is nearest to Tiffin avenue.
