I’ve always had great service here, but the service last night was outstanding. Cameron in the shoe dept asked if we needed help. For at least the following half hour he helped us with the specifics. And instead of getting frustrated with my 10 year old, he related to him and made it his goal to find us what we needed.

Ultimately my son’s size wasn’t available, so we bought them online. And even though I mentioned to the front service people as we left that Cameron was helpful, I don’t think it was enough.

In a time when no one wants to work, he stood out from the crowd 👏 Thanks!!!

Super helpful staff that will help with any questions or anything you need! The man in the outdoor section was probably the most helpful salesman I've ever talked to and the prices were unbeatable! I mean Federal Black Clouds for $10 a box?!?! After emptying the shelf I'm already planning on coming back here even with the longer drive.

We love shopping at Dicks. Everyone is very friendly, they have a great selection of merchandise in store but also offer free shipping if its not in stock. The managers are wonderful. Returns are easy if there is a concern. Plus the bonus points for coupons are awesome!

Young man, named Austin was very helpful and patient in trying to help us get the folding rocking camp chairs in the Olive green color. They didn't have those chairs, but called around to other stores and located them. Supposedly they will be shipped to the local Findlay store and we will pick them up there. The store is very clean and well organized. Everyone seemed very helpful.

The staff here is very qualified. Employee helped my grandson find the right fit on his ice hockey skates. He knew the sport frontwards and backwards!
