I've gone in a few times now to to special order something for my mother, and also to give my rings resized. They are all super friendly and helpful, and the jewelry is beautiful. I haven't been able to wear my rings 3 years and I'm happy to see them back on my finger - It didn't even take a week to get them back, and they are prettier than I remember. Would highly recommend.

I do not know much about jewelry so my rating is purely on their customer service. They are absolutely wonderful. Always greet you when you come in. They are very good at helping you find what your are looking for. That's because they are very familiar with their products and good at asking you the right questions. They are patient with you while you make your decisions, which made me feel very comfortable. This will be there first place i go next time i am looking to purchase another piece of jewelry for my wife.

The M.Eller team are the friendliest of any store in Findlay. I know each time I go there, I will never duplicate a gift because they can tell me if my recipient has a particular piece. They gift wrap too.

I was thinking about buying an engagement ring for my girlfriend and after visiting 4 different stores with no luck, my buddy told me to try Michael Eller Diamonds in Findlay. As soon as I walked in I was impressed. Their selection was HUGE! I looked at engagement and wedding rings for about 10 minutes and that was all it took to find the perfect one. The salesman was extremely helpful, and was very knowledgable. He made it a personal experience and I didn't get the feeling that it was just another sale like I did at the other jewelers. I would recommend Michael Eller Diamonds over any other jeweler and I will most definitely be going back for Christmas and birthday gifts!!!!
