Jimmy John’s knows how to make sandwiches. The service here is always good and the sandwiches always taste great. The number 12 is definitely a popular option but I really enjoy the number 16. The jalapeño chips and the cookies are also really good.

The food is always great but I wanted to thank Katie K. At the store for her kindness in saving some buckets from the trash and for a recycled use. I volunteered to use my misting tent at the Logan Gardeners Market on a hot weekend day and was required to have weight on each leg of the tent. The buckets were are reincarnated from pickle transporters to misting tent weights & kid play buckets with the water.

Thank you Katie to responding to a social media post for buckets for a service project. AND they’re good grade so extra bonus.

Huge shout out to @Jimmy Johns South Logan!

We ordered food at a volleyball tournament today. They had missed 3 bags of our chips from our large order.

I had called our delivery driver, Kaylen right after she left and she brought them back to us along with 2 free cookies for the inconvenience.

About 15 min after she returned with the chips and cookies, one of our teammates had a medical diabetic emergency and was 46 and dropping fast. Her alerts were not going off on her phone or dinging her mom's phone. Thankfully her dad called and notified mom to grab stuff.

We were able to get the cookies to her in time before things went south to bring her sugars back up. This very kind gesture saved the day and prevented a very serious problem.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. The service is so amazing, above and beyond. They are always so awesome. Food is just as good!! Always recommend this place for a good, fresh sandwich!

As a first time entering a Jimmy John’s, I was thoroughly impressed with the place. Maintained very clean, with a polite and friendly staff, going here was an experience I would repeat!

It was freaking freaky fast. By the time I paid for my food it was handed to me. The staff when I went were beyond friendly and super patient and happy. If I had $100 bucks for each of them I'd tip them all that much! Great job

This is by far the best JJs out there! I am a student at Ridgeline and I come here probably 90% of the time. Great service and tasty food for a good price. Even with a 30 minute lunch, I can make it back on time every single day(unless I don’t want to 😉). The employees are very pleasant and deserve a raise! The free drinks for students is also amazing especially with the amazing ice that comes out of their ice machine. 5 stars for sure!

I've haven't frequented Jimmy John's that much in that past, but the manager was AWESOME when I got my sub delivered minus a topping. Turned out it was the App's fault - which is completely out of the management's hands. After we figured out the problem, I told him not to worry about it, and we figured out a way to correct the mistake on the App for future orders. He said he'd Deliver a replacement sub, and it came in less than 10 minutes! I was blown away with this above and beyond customer service.

In addition, on the rare occasion I decided to hit up the drive thru on my way home, the manager actually called me to confirm I was picking up my sub since I normally get them delivered. Who else does that?!

Aside from that, our subs are always fresh and tasty, and delivery has always been super fast even when the app says it'll take a bit longer.

This Jimmy John's is my go-to now, and I've probably been to this location alone more than every other Jimmy John's in my life. Keep up that great work!

It's Freaky Fast, as they say. If you haven't tried the wraps make sure you do while they're available. The jalapeno ranch is the best one, I know because I tried all three.

They make it right! Ordered a lettuce wrap, very specific with no mayo or sauce's. Gluten allergies as well. The wrap was delivered with a lot of Mayo or aioli sauce. Called and they redelivered the correct unwich. No attitude, just polite and apologized. The roasted tomatoes and pickled onions are so dang good!! Excellent customer service. THANKS

One of my favorite places/restaurants to order from if I need something fast. I can usually order it on the app before I leave my house(4-5 min away) and it's ready when I pull in. Also pretty fast with delivery for those times that we don't want to miss our daughters volleyball tournaments.

Have always had a great experience here and perfectly consistent sandwiches. Today’s experience led me to review. The gentleman working the drive thru made my day from meh to great. He was kind and funny and graciously accepted defeat trying to upsell me a pickle (I don’t like pickles!) if I did I probably would’ve bought one. Now I’m thinking back on my first visit there 2 years ago when i revealed I’d never been to a Jimmy John’s and the guy at the counter gave me a free cookie and thanked me for coming in. Obviously that worked because I’ve been coming back consistently. Thank you to everyone at this location.

Eat here once a week. They’re fast and reliable. I love the beach club with extra oil and vinegar. The chocolate cookie with milk is delicious so I always take it home :) thanks Jimmy John’s!

I have been a long time customer of Jimmy Johns and there has been a few times that my food has not been made the way I requested BUT these guys bend over backwards to make sure that they make it right! I placed an order today and one of the sandwiches was wrong, within minutes they were here with another! Thank you Jimmy Johns for your exceptional customer service and believing in making it right!

This is the best Jimmy Johns on planet Earth!!! I go there pretty much everyday for lunch, I’m a high school student. They give you a free drink if you show your student ID... and sometimes if you forgot they’ll take good care of you. Today I went in and I had a free 8 inch sub on my rewards, but there rewards system was down. The problem was I only had $2 so I couldn’t pay for the meal without that free sub... so you know what they did!? They gave me the lunch for free, sandwich and chips. That’s not all, they forgot to give me the chips and the guy ran out as I was pulling away and gave them to me. These guys and gals deserve a raise. Best Jimmy Johns!!!
