KEFI YOGA

I’ve been going to KEFI YOGA for about six months now, and it has truly been an enlightening journey! The instructors are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also exceptionally attentive, making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported throughout each session. The studio itself provides the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and focus. They offer a wide range of classes that cater to all experience levels. Even my husband, who had never done yoga before, has started joining me, and we both love it! A special shout-out to Andrea—she's absolutely one of our favorite instructors. We highly recommend KEFI YOGA!

Kefi is an amazing studio. The instructors are fantastic and knowledgeable. Every time I go to a class, I come home and say, “That was my favorite class and that is my favorite instructor “. Each instructor has a unique style and brings a solid understanding and depth to the class giving great cues and adjustments. The community is also welcoming and supportive. Great hub to meet new people and do something good for yourself.

Discovered this gem of a place through a co-worker who invited me to join her for class, and after my third try, I was eager to become a member! I tried yoga before at a couple of studios but what Kefi offers is truly one-of-a-kind.

I’m the kind of person who likes to be drenched after a workout or else I feel like it wasn’t enough. So I am obsessed with the variety of heated classes, from Vinyasa to Sculpt when I want more of a physical challenge.

The instructors are kind and thoughtful in their guidance. Angel the owner teaches a hell of a themed sculpt class weekly (loved country theme!), and is easy to reach when having studio inquiries. The studio has the best of both worlds - it feels ample with high ceilings while also cozy with a community vibe. And the wide range of times offered help me not miss a day of movement.

I am so happy to have this studio near by and to incorporate this into my wellness practice. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a studio with reasonable pricing that offers a wide range of movement approaches!

Kefi is THAT yoga studio! So inclusive and such a great environment with so many lovely people! I’ve done a sound bath meditation there, so therapeutic. If you want to get your sweat on and enjoy it… you MUST take Roxy’s class! She is such a great instructor!! Her sculpt classes are uplifting and the music choice is 🔥🔥!! You won’t be disappointed ✨

Kefi Yoga is an amazing studio.

The energy and vibes are wonderful, the yoga room is clean and beautifully warm, the owner is kind and involved, the studio communication is great, and the instructors and classes are great. We have tried multiple studios locally and love this one the most. My husband is officially addicted now, after having dabbled in this the last twelve years with me.

The tea and aromatherapy are such treats.
We love Carla, Roxy and all the other classes.

We joined beginning of year 2023 and absolutely love this studio! All instructors are so knowledgeable and so open / friendly, and classes are good to all levels… and last but not least, Cafe Kefi by Angel is 👍🏼

I’ve been to A LOT of yoga studios and Kefi is by far the best one for numerous reasons. Everyone who teaches and works there are the kindest, most friendly and accommodating people including the owner Angel. The classes are not overly crowded, the atmosphere is very high vibrational, and they have tea and apples for the taking on your way out. I just appreciate so much that you can tell they care about their students and are so mindful in every way. Thank you Kefi !

Love this studio!! I come every time I am in the Torrance area and it is the best in the area. They offer a variety of classes and all of them are great. The studio is super clean and they offer cold towels at the end of every class. I always enjoy going to class here and Angel is so welcoming and kind. I had to late cancel a class once and she responded right away by checking me in so I wouldn't be charged a late fee and added a free class to my account so I didn't have to waste my Classpass credits. Thank you!! I've enjoyed coming here for the classes but it's clear they also care so much about their students.

Best studio ever. Amazing yoga instructors. Great for all levels and instructors give many alternative poses. The cold towels at the end is the cherry on top. I can’t ask for a better experience.

Kefi has a super calming and spiritual atmosphere. The instructors really care about yoga and the students. The towels they provide at the end of class literally give me life they smell so good!! Kefi is a place where you can really fall in love with yoga and feel at peace <3

Kefi yoga is the best place for Yogis! The instructors are amazing and help you with postures/ poses. This place is clean, friendly and very welcoming. They have a wide range of classes.

Kefi has been hands down the best yoga studio I have been a member of and I've been doing yoga for over 20years. Every single instructor is phenomenal and I look forward to every class. The studio runs smoothly and the instructors are top notch.

We love Kefi Yoga! We started with a Black Friday 10-class pack and were hooked! We purchased an annual membership and go 2-3 times per week. We love the variance in classes from Vinyasa, to Sculpt, to Yin and so much more. There is truly something for everyone!
I had tried yoga many times in the past and never felt motivated to continue. Kefi's instructors make me feel welcome, strong and they encourage me wherever I'm at, which is still very much a beginner's phase.
I have truly enjoyed all instructors I've learned from but special shout out to Imari, Roxy and Angel. We look forward to continuing to find our Kefi at Kefi Yoga!

The best hot yoga place I have ever been to! I have tried a few studios and this studio surpasses them by far. The instructors are amazing and do a good job for all levels. It feels like such a community here and every staff member has been exceptional in providing such great service. Excited to continue coming here and learning/growing :)

First time trying yoga, and it was an amazing experience. I did the beginner class as I have no background with yoga. I’m probably the least flexible person in Southbay but this class truly helped me with poses I never thought I could accomplish. As a golfer and Registered Nurse who’s trying to maintain good posture and flexibility, this place helps with all that. I can’t wait for my next class! If you’re hesitating, just stop and try one class. I hesitated far too long, and wish I could’ve just started sooner.

So much more than just a yoga studio. Create community, find strength, and sometimes giggle while doing so.

Clean, modern, and generous amenities including: towel service for members, filtered water, accessories for class, weekend coffee, daily tea and fresh fruit, cubbies to leave belongings during class, and the best a chilled towel at the end of each class.

The instructor team here is top notch! Offering mindful modifications and adjustments. Their music is always spot on and the classes fly by.

From heated to slow flow the schedule has it all. Kefi rocks!

Best yoga studio in the area. Heated, free coffee and hibiscus tea which is a great touch. And the instructors are great. Highly recommend
