Tom came right out after my call, quickly diagnosed the problem and snaked out the drain. We had tons of roots in there and he got it back to normal in under an hour. His prices were reasonable (less than we have paid in the past), he cleaned up after himself and was pleasant to deal with. I will use him again next time.

We had a blockage occur in our kitchen sink drain. I called Tom and he was out in no time on a Saturday. Apparently the blockage was pretty severe, but Tom had it taken care of in under an hour. He gave me some tips on how to prevent it from happening again. He was great. If it happens again, I'll for sure call Tom again.
