Food was great, nice and hot. I took a chance by stopping, knowing that only 5 mins left for breakfast but I was not disappointed. Originally I took a break from this location for not having good service, although now I see that was a mistake. This staff that they had this morning 3/06/24 amazed me. Apologetic, and working their butts off. They were really hustling and trying to make everyone happy. This was great to see. I will be back😊 thanks guys. And you did it all with a smile

This was my first time at this location. The staff seemed focus and organized. The wait wasn’t too long. But the main reason for this review is about the burger I purchased. BEST MEAL EVER from a fast food restaurant. The burger looked like the same burger they advertised. Most places just throw your food together and serve it. My burger I got today was made with care. Who ever made it needs a raise today. I would have left a tip had I known it was going to be this good. Thank you so much for making my work day go smoothly. Sometimes the small things really do make a difference. Please keep up the awesome work. Give the staff a raise!!!!! Awesome job!!!!!! I will be back one day.

I enjoy their chicken, and their frosty's are good too especially since they started selling the strawberry frosty, before the strawberry frosty hit the menu the vanilla frosty was my go to when I got a frosty. Their fries are always good to me, but they are better if you roll through about a half hour to an hour after they stop serving breakfast.

9pm at night. Driving through Urbana. Stopped at KFC waited 3 minutes worker finally came on and said they were closed. Drove over to Burger King drive thru was 8 cars deep. Waited 5 minutes line never moved. Left and stopped at Wendy's. Drive thru was 6 cars deep. Line moved quick. In and out and on the way in under 5 mins. Kudos to staff on duty. Food was great as always

Stopped for a quick bite to go, drive thru had four cars ahead... But first car had huge difficult order, delaying everyone else..however..
That's the way things are ..and I understand..
But what made the difference was..the lady at the window and how she serviced our order..my regret is that I didn't get her name.. but she was outstanding in a difficult situation... Smiled a big friendly smile, thanked me for being patient, expedited my order, and never panicked..
She had a butterfly tattoo on her upper left arm and was just so polite and calm.. it made the wait worthwhile... customer service is everything, and she had it going on strong

This definitely will improve your dining experience. I love Wendy's hamburgers and the chili is fantastic nothing to warm you up on a cold night like this chili. And the manager is very nice lady she has been fixing my hamburgers for the last 40 years and always greets me with a smile there.

Food was good and staff was friendly. The staff was vacuuming the dining space when we arrived after 9pm. We asked if the space was still open and the staff member said yes and put the vacuuming aside when we ordered so we could enjoy our meal.

It's so close to my house and absolutely amazing.

Food was fresh and delicious. Brian (or Bryan as I'm not sure of the spelling) was AMAZING!! Such a sweetheart and so kind. My son didn't really care for his hi-c we got him so Brian offered a juice box instead and our son was happy with that! Thank you Brian for your wonderful customer service!!

So I was on break at work and went through the drive thru. I asked if I could switch the chicken sandwich on the $5 biggie bag to a junior bacon cheese like in the 4 for $4, and they said they couldn’t. I didn’t care and proceeded to order the 4 for $4. I get my food and I pull off and start to eat and there’s the 10 nuggets and my bacon cheeseburger :-) I got so stoked LOL thanks for making my lunch break fulfilling :-)

Food was hot and awesome. Service through drive thru was fast and courteous.

Wendy's is always good seems like they all are I've been to 4 different ones in the span of 40 miles in any direction.
