All of the staff members here are friendly, fast, kind, helpful, and always provide service with a smile no matter how they feel that day, a smile on your face puts a smile on theirs as well.

Came here back in November to get some coffee. I opted for a bottle of Black Stag iced coffee from the cooler. Unfortunately it was expired. I told the attendant, she apologized and I went on with my day. A week or two later I stopped back in. Same thing. I told her again. She said “I told him but he keeps putting them back on the shelf.” Well, about a week or so ago (early Feb) I was pumping gas. I went in and looked. The SAME bottles, now 3 months expired, still on the shelf. Little white floaties and all. Got the same response from the attendant. “I told him and he keeps putting them back on the shelf”

I still go here for gas because it is on my way to work, but I don’t buy anything anymore.

I can understand catching something that’s expired, not a big deal. But the management is knowingly putting/ leaving expired goods on the shelf. Makes me wonder how long they use products that don’t have a customer facing expiration date. Gross.

walked into a store that used to be a marathon in troy and asked to use the bathroom.. the attendant stated that it was "closed" i asked if it was busted and she said " no i just cleaned it" i said " so i cant use it because it's clean?" she said " no it needs to be clean for the next shift" thinking that was a bit messed up i asked for the owners name and number then she told me it was a corporate store and they dont have the number for the higher ups.. so i ask for the manager and she tells me shes the assistant manager then i ask for the managers name and number and she starts to write it down and asks why im being rude so i asked whatbi was doing that was rude.. (apparently asking for a name and number is rude) she gave it to me and i proceeded to walk out and start pumping my gas thinking that i would bring it to the attention of the manager i tried the number and see the attendant inside on the phone clearly barking into the phone no doubt worried that i was going to tell on her she beat me to the punchand made me out to be the bad guy i walk back in and she is very clearly flustered on the verge of freaking.. she let me know that the manager said for me to leave at once and i asked why she again said i was rude and i asked again what did i do that was rude? i only got as far as i was rude and need to leave or they were going to call the police i said fine call em i didn't do anything. besides my gas is still pumping she told me to wait outside i said ok. moral of the story is i will never return and pretty much forever i will try to dissuade as many people away from there for fear they may get the cops called on them because the attendant doesnt want to maybe do her job a little.
