Benny gave me expertise information. He took his time, explained thoroughly and asked me questions! He also gave me his number for any questions or issues I might have in the future. Now that quality customer service!

Ken was very knowledgeable I learned quite a bit from him about the oxygen , and with my level being at 4 l the small concentrator just wasn't enough. So now I have a conserving device it works a lot better.

Andre M. honestly went above & beyond in how kind, compassionate and informative he was when delivering our equipment, setting it up, and explaining how they function (oxygen machine, for example). Much of the hospice experience we've endured has been beyond awful, but he was a definite balm for that! A caring person overall! This man deserves several raises. Full stop. You don't come by people like him too often. We are grateful it was him who was sent! Thank you!
Wanted to make mention as well of the woman who handled our call also! She was incredibly sweet and informative. I want to say her name was Jessica (edit: it was RACHAEL! ❤) but I was running on an hour of sleep in 48 hours so I couldn't be sure, lol! Any questions I had, she was ready to help me with and made sure I knew I could call back just to pick her brain later on if any new ones popped up. Great experience. Thanks again

I appreciate that he let me know that he was coming and that he gave me a 15 minute warning before he arrived. He was on time, well prepared, brought the items inside, explained things to me, and got my signature. There was another box on my porch that had been delivered by Fedex and he even carried that into the house for me.
I asked him some questions about different tank sizes. He answered all my questions, and showed them to me.
He was clean, polite, and showed great respect for my home and property. He was as good as they get.

Dan our delivery person was excellent!! He called to make us aware of his arrival time. On his arrival he throughly explained how to use the equipment made sure we were aware of the numbers to call if we had any further questions in the future, and was very personable! We appreciate Dan’s demeanor during the delivery!

Allen was prompt, courteous and so efficient in setting up my new medical bed. He also was very through in giving me all the instruction on the use of the bed controls. Allen had me sign the paperwork, he shook my hand and thanked us, my son and grandson helped in carrying in the bed pieces, and he was finished. Allen was a great delivery man and a true professional in representing the company. Great job, Allen and thanks again! I would recommend the Hart Medical Equipment as a goto company for medical equipment.

Hart Medical had Andre deliver my fathers new bed. He was fast, reliable, friendly, courteous, respectful to my father, and even cracked a few jokes. I appreciate his swiftness and generosity.

I can only hope Hart Medical sees this and will give Andre the accolades he deserves.

Joey was extremely kind, helpful, friendly and informative. He went out of his way to make room for all of the equipment he brought in to my 94 year old mother's house. I believe he deserves a big raise! 🙂

I had a great experience receiving my Bipap breathing machine…Brian was very thorough in explaining to me everything I needed to know to operate the machine as well as in finding the perfect fit mask. I am very grateful. I received Excellent care

Very nicely done!! I had a very good meeting with the tech person who explained everything I need to know about my CPAP machine and how to use it correctly. She let me know about how to order supplies, how to make sure insurance requirements are met, how to clean my device and who to call if I run into trouble or have an emergency! I should be well prepared to have a great night's sleep. Thanks again Kristine!!

I chose to order medical equipment from Hart Medical because I had had numerous good experiences with the Lapeer office. I scheduled an appointment with the Flint office to pick up my equipment. I was very happy with the whole process of check in & seeing a respiratory therapist named Brian. He was great at explaining the new machine I needed and made my visit another great experience with Hart Medical.

We ( my husband I I both) had a fantastic visit with Ken in the port Huron branch. He was so informative and knowledgeable about our CPAP machines, we just can't say enough, other than we wish hart medical would have suggested we come in upon getting our devises 7-8 weeks ago. Thank you Ken.

If you ever have to go in ask for Benny! You won’t regret it. Not only was he friendly but he was so informative! He made the appointment go by so fast and covered so much information.

I had a great experience here at Hart!! I am a new user to CPAP. The tech walked me through everything on my machine and how to set it up, use it, and clean it... He also assisted me in picking out a mask that would work well for me.

I went to appointment, thinking I would not be able to adjust to a CPAP. After Benny’s explanation, I feel that I can adjust to it. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I really appreciated his help.

Before I met Benny, I felt nervous and uncomfortable about the idea of starting life with a CPAP. Benny calmed my fears with his clear and detailed explanation of how it works and the difference it would make in terms of improving the quality of sleep. I believe Bennie left no stone unturned. Benny was receptive, nice, friendly, patient, and offered to remain supportive if I ever need help getting along. I’m glad I met him.

I was feeling very discouraged with my mask on my CPAP machine. I wasn’t able to get a lot of sleep and was ready to give up. When I called Harts on Thursday, John called me back an hour later and spoke to me about different scenarios and what not and then Friday I got a call and had an appointment set up for Monday which made me very happy that I didn’t have to wait a long time to be fitted for a different mask. So today I was fitted with just a mask that goes over my nose and I am anxious to use it tonight and see how everything goes but I really want to thank Harts for getting me in so soon and some getting me back on track.
