Great attention to detail when provided a large sticker and was able to design a small embrpidered patch for my baby blanket gifts. And very pleased with the engraving of our water bottles so less likely my kids will lose them.

Great little engraving and awards company.

I brought in my own design to have it be made on wood. One: I didn't get it how I explained I wanted it. Two: the name on the plaque was miss spelled ( even though I wrote what I wanted twice on two separate pieces of paper). Three: I was told to return on the following day to pick it back up (fixed) and so I did but the person who handled the engraving machine didn't show till an hour after the store opened. overall it was a fast service (7 days) , maybe they were having a bad day.

Products are fine once you get them. Service is extremely slow. Make multiple trips for one thing and never ready over a 2 month period.
