She is conscientious, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above & beyond for her clients. All office staff are kind, knowledgeable and amazing. The dental office has a spa like ambience and feels very relaxing with real plants, crystals, beautiful mountain views and state of the art equipment. Everyone goes above & beyond to help you with all your needs, and you are in excellent hands at this superb dental office. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The BEST Dental Office and team that I have ever experienced, in almost 70 years, after visiting several Dental Offices, throughout the country. Dr. Last and her entire team are the Epitome of Excellence, in every respect. I am not sure where to begin except to first say it was like a little bit of heaven and we’re talking about a dental office a little bit of heaven let me try to tell you briefly why or maybe not so briefly.

Carolee greeted me with a smile Before I was all the way, even in the door, and even though it was my first visit, I felt like I knew I was home.

The decor was very calming and beautiful.

While waiting to be called, I met a nice coworker named Deb, Funny, and a great sense of humor And loves plants like I do.

Emily, my new hygienist came out to get me and she cleaned my teeth. The best anyone’s ever cleaned. Them almost made me look young even though I’m 71.

She listens so well to understand and spoke to be understood. She showed me the correct way to use my water pic. I’ve been using it wrong and also shared with me the best kind of floss I could use for my teeth. She took great care and noting to the other Emilee Yes, spell differently, noting every tooth and gumline.

Emilee Took pictures of my teeth, not the x-rays that Emily took but pictures so there can be comparisons and she also was extremely nice.

I met Dr. Last. It was my first appointment with Dr. Last. She was very caring and very nice also professional.

When I checked out Megan who was also So very nice Took my payment and wished me well.

I had told the office that it was like a little bit of heaven I never ever in my 71 years enjoyed. Going to a dentist as well as I did yesterday!

I was given a wonderful tour by Emilee, She also told me they do in-house crowns in 2 1/2 hours instead of having to wait two or three weeks. And another dentist my crown didn’t work and I had to wait another two weeks to get another one the correct one.

I want to mention the view is amazing out any window you look out of.

Everything is so very clean, But doesn’t have an antiseptic smell or feel.

I look forward to going back for my six-month check up.

Emily handed me a gift a fantastic mug with a toothbrush floss, A dry mouth lozenge, and a pen.

It is my hope. That elevation dental and everyone I met will always work there. They all make quite a team and they all care about each other.

It is their goal to make the patient feel special and important and this is what they do.

I am so glad my friend Judy, told me where she was going when I said, I’d like to find a new Dentist.

I feel that I had to share it’s like when you know a cure for a disease you want to help everyone. I wanted to let Everyone know that you don’t need to look any further for a Dentist or Staff.

I broke my front tooth over the weekend. I called on Monday and they got me in next day. They repaired the tooth and it looks flawless. Thank you!

The hygienist there Jodie is amazing!! She has amazing chair side manners and so kind and taught me so much about my dental hygiene and just made the experience so amazing! I recommend her for your next check up and cleaning and she is a veteran of the armed forces so thank you for your service! She has amazing 5 star service I felt like I was at a Ritz Carlton Hotel!

I love this dentist office. I had to have two old metal fillings replaced and they took every precaution to safely remove them, and make me comfortable. I was amazed how quickly they accomplished the work. Friendly staff. Bright, clean exam rooms. Highly recommend.

My experience at Elevation Dental was top notch! From the warm greeting to the sincere goodbye this team didn't miss a beat! I was nervous about having a full set of X-rays done but they ended up being a breeze, the cleaning by Jodie was thorough and gentle; she even incorporated the latest laser technology which was so cool! Dr. Last provided an excellent comprehensive exam, explaining everything to me in detail and answering all of my questions. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend this practice!

Elevation Dental is the best!
I had a cleaning scheduled which they needed to cancel. Shortly after they found another opening with another technician.
Nicole was very professional & knowledgable. She was very informative. The x-rays were actually comfortable. Not like the old card board that scrapes your mouth. Nicole explained all the films and more. She was pleasant and engaging which made my experience stress free.
When I got home I even found they had comped my x-ray charge.
Kelly Last is an excellent dentist. I love her and all of her staff!

Dr. Last is a class act. She is a true holistic practitioner that goes above and beyond to be sure that I am as safe and as comfortable as possible when receiving treatment at her practice, Elevation Dental. She is up to date on all new research and treatments which she applies seamlessly into her practice. I experience the same level of care and attention from her supporting staff as well. The office of Elevation Dental is a beautiful and soothing space. Dr. Last and her staff have made going to the dentist a healthy, calm experience for me.

I came in for a deep cleaning and had the new dental hygienist Emily.
She was great! She was very responsive to my needs and even initiated more topical medication, before I asked.

She explained everything as she went along and treated me with respect.

I received Nitrous Oxide administered by her and felt that she was competent and professional.

I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely be scheduling with Emily again!

I hardly ever write reviews, but I decided to make an exception for Dr. Last, because she and her practice ARE exceptional. Her staff is well trained, very personable and efficient. Dr. Last is a very savvy business woman, but more importantly to me, she is a very skilled dentist and communicator. I trust her and recommend her without reservation. And, no, I am not getting paid to write this. She even wears braces herself right now - how’s that for street cred for any teen having that conversation with her. Just as an added plus, she has a great sense of humor and will take the time to explain (almost) anything you ask her. Can’t go wrong with her and her practice.

Extremely friendly staff, excellent service, very thorough, and my teeth feel amazing every time I leave her office. I've been a patient of Kelly's (and have had my teeth cleaned by Tara!!) for over 7 years. I work and live in Denver, and will continue to make the drive up the hill for all my dental needs.

Her new location is very nice too; super clean and inviting!

Elevation is by far the best dental office my family has ever gone to. Dr. Last is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and conservative in her approach. Tara (one of the awesome hygienists) has been amazing in helping me deal with my extreme dentist-anxiety and TMJ issues. This is literally the only dentist I’ve ever seen that has made me feel completely at ease, and I trust them with the care of my entire family (kids included!).

As it happens I'm an older guy who has had lots of experiences with Dentists over the years and I'm willing to say that Dr. Last and everyone at her practice are the best in my memory. After social distancing for 3 months, I thought I would feel anxious about going out, especially - to the dentist. But I felt totally safe at Elevation Dental in Evergreen. Dr Last had made the changes required to "open back up". Somehow in the midst of all the changes - she and the staff managed to make the experience - - relaxing.!

My visit with Elevation Dental in Evergreen was an awesome Dental experience. During this time with the Covid-19, the safety procedures are the best I have ever seen in any business. Dr. Last and the two employees that I dealt with, her assistant and the lady at the front desk we're very professional and the safety of this office is beyond what I expected. Dental procedures really scare me. I know a lot of people who don’t like to go, but go every 6 months. It had been 10 years for me. But the staff was wonderful. The hygienist was gentle and the doctor phenomenal. There was no shaming of how long it had been and I will return on a regular basis. Thank you Dr Lee and the entire staff for making the experience so much less traumatic.

Dr. Last and her staff at Elevation Dental are the pinnacle of dental care. Dr. Last is friendly, meticulous in her exams, and doesn't believe in 'selling' you unnecessary dental work.
