Bivouac Coffee

Finally got to stop in this little shop on our Colorado adventure! We’ve order their freshly roasted beans in bulk for over a year now and they’re some of the best we’ve had. The maple spice latte is tastyyyy. Highly recommend! ☕

I always order mochas because I prefer espresso over coffee. This is my second time here. The Mocha was strong as usual, with a lot of crema. The service comes with a lot of genuine gratitude and a smile. Nice green plush couches. The music was too loud for me. A woman was having a meeting on her laptop and could be heard from anywhere in the cafe. The lounge needed to be wiped down. Still a good place to retreat from Denver.

One of the best lattes I’ve had! Not from CO, and wanted to find a nice coffee spot for a quick stop on our vacation. The barista gave his suggestion- maple iced latte with oat milk and it is delicious! You can tell the quality of the espresso is high.

We found Bivouac coffee by mistake, well a mistake on our part and good marketing on theirs (the backside of a Mountain Gazette mug). We ordered a sampler to try some different coffees and were pleasantly surprised by this company. We went on to order some larger bags after that sampler and plan to keep Bivouac in our regular coffee rotation. The prices seem fair and shipping is quick.

I’m grateful for this place . I always have a fantastic experience at Bivouac. The ambiance is cozy, perfect if you need to work. The staff is friendly, kind and they like to offer my dog a treat. They seem happy to be there. The coffee is so exceptional. The best one in Evergreen. I'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious coffee and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended! ☕

What a cute coffee shop! Loved how my latte was presented, the barista, and the overall vibe. Worked on my laptop for a little bit on a Thursday morning (8:30am) and it wasn’t busy. They have fast wifi (ask barista for the pw) and a bathroom.

Stopped by Bivouac yesterday for a business meeting. Was not very busy, but the staff was excellent and the coffee was even better. Each of us (in the meeting) had a drip coffee, and I can honestly say, it's one of the best cups I've had in Evergreen. Do yourself a favor and make the stop (if you love coffee)!!!

We stopped into the shop on the way down to Denver after having ordered a bag online. Great atmosphere and coffee and our barista was so kind and engaging! We had a great connection with him and swapped Summit County stories with him! What a fun visit!

Loved this coffee shop! Perfect pit stop after hiking in Evergreen. The cappuccinos were delicious and served with a mini stroopwafel. Dog friendly inside as well!

The ease of choosing a coffee, placing an order, and getting updates on the status of your order was much appreciated. Bivouac is a very conscientious business that pays attention to detail in their product quality and their customer service. I will definitely order more of their product after initially trying The Wild Thing ground coffee, which has provided me a welcome mild and earthy way to start my days.

The best coffee in Evergreen, hands down! We stop here to buy our coffee for home, with many options of blends or single origin varieties. Also stop in frequently for espresso drinks, the cappuccino with oat milk is a favorite, note it has no foam. The staff is helpful, and the coffee + espresso are great!

Best coffee ever! Rich, robust…I open the bag and it smells amazing, then brewing it is just so so good. Love the company’s values and ethos - I feel like you can taste that quality and commitment all the way through. Truly the best coffee I have had. Will absolutely buy again - and again and again.

The best latte ever! Maple latte with oat milk. I drank it so fast because it was so good. And then I was sad that it was gone.

This was our first coffee tasting and it did not disappoint! Justin was very prepared and did an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and made this whole experience fun! We learned lots of fun ways to describe the taste of coffee, and all about the long process it takes to get a nice cup of coffee! We highly recommend this activity and we can't wait to brew our coffee we purchased!!

This is my local go-to place! Great espresso, they roast their own beans and the service is always excellent. It's also a good place to just chill inside or outside and relax for a bit with your favorite beverage.

My wife brought home a bag of their medium roast beans. Those beans made a pour-over that was one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had. Wow!

Scott is super knowledgeable and shared many great tips with us. I believe I will be able to brew better coffee at home because of this class. I would recommend this class for anyone who is looking into having better coffee from the comfort of their home
