From start to finish, it was an amazing experience. The sales reps we worked with in-store We’re highly knowledgeable, suggested products that met all of our requirements. We were able to get delivery the next day, The delivery crew were incredibly professional, Brought the items Earlier than the time we were told, they even noticed Too small things missing off the items went back to the shop got them and then came back within about 45 mins.

But this review is all about the delivery of my furniture…

The guys that made the delivery to my house did an amazing job. They arrived when they said they would, had smiles on their faces and then both brought all my new bedroom furniture inside, while making sure it was placed exactly where I wanted. They provided the best customer service I could have asked for.

I have purchased multiple things from RMF but most recently I purchased a couch. I worked with Austin, he showed me every couch and helped me measure to see if any of them would fit in my little house. He was amazing to work with. My new couch is beautiful!

Neat selection, fair prices, good quality furniture. Got a nice couch and it was delivered within an hour or two of purchase! Sales and delivery people were great to work with!

Today was my fourth time to visit and purchase furniture from Rocky Mountain Furniture. They have a big selection, from budget friendly to high end brands.
Some of the best things about shopping there is that they are always nice, helpful and never make me feel pressured to buy anything… and their prices are much better than other furniture stores I shopped at.

Paul was an absolute delight to deal with! So was the crew that delivered the furniture. They really went above and beyond expectations. The glider I had ordered was sticking a bit and I let them know right away. They swapped it out without me even asking them to do that. I feel very taken care of, love supporting a local business, and a company that makes customers feel like a priority. Thank you Paul for being a great salesman and taking care of us. I’ve bought from Rocky Mountain two separate times. Both times have been absolutely outstanding. The most recent time I wanted to sit down and get numbers and asked alot of questions. The man that helped me was very patient and professional and answered every question I had even when I asked it more than once. Everyone there is happy and if I had to recommend anyone to a furniture store in Southern Utah, I would recommend this store. 12/10

I had the pleasure of working with Paul. I was looking for a specific majority of items. I had gone to competitors first and wanted to see if I could get a better deal. The customer service and extensive collection of furniture made Rocky Mountain Furniture more attractive than the others. Also seems like most if not all items are USA made, which is super important to me. As well as supporting a local business. Anyway, his non pushy, calm demeanor guided me to find all the items at the best price. I'm definitely coming back, they have a loyal customer for life.

This furniture store is FUN. My mom literally asks to go there and see what they've got every time she comes to visit. They have something for everyone, every style, every need, and every budget. We appreciated their install service as well.

RMF is a great place for specific and quality finds. They're nice and helpful right when you walk in.

Dana was awesome to work with and no pressure! Super patient with us, even after changing our mind/order a few times. Delivery guys went above and beyond to still deliver late on a Sat evening, after traffic delays. They delivered to Washington without any extra fees. Would absolutely purchase through them again!

What an excellent experience! We bought a new sofa for our Pioneer Cabin in Paragonah. We found exactly what we wanted, visited other furniture showrooms and came back! The price was great, and the service was superb from when we first walked in to the delivery (and removal of the old sofa!) We will be back!

I have been going to RMF for over a decade I have gotten mattresses and bedroom sets to kitchen table and chairs. They always have great selection the staff is willing to do whatever it takes to help get you the piece you need. They offer free delivery and have great quality products!!

Outstanding customer service. I needed a loveseat and couldn't find one that wasn't 6 weeks out in all of St. George. Dana brought one out of his warehouse for me to see and it was perfect! They delivered it the NEXT day! Even the delivery guys were awesome! Thank you Rocky Mountain Furniture!

I bought several pieces of furniture here a few weeks ago. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Austin was very attentive and respectful. Mike was also very attentive and respectful in communicating changing delivery information (due to severe weather). Blake actually delivered the furniture and was tasked with assembling one piece. It was time consuming. Blake was very calm (despite running late on other deliveries), mature, focused and skilled. He was really fantastic and deserves a lot of credit for “above and beyond” customer service. I will definitely return to this furniture store and highly recommend it.

Dana was so very helpful, loved everything I selected. They go out of their way to give the best customer service I have had in a l9ng time....

We have purchased 2 full living room sets, a bedroom set, rugs and many other misc items. We are currently getting ready to purchase two more bedrooms sets as we are furnishing our airbnb. Each time we are in Rocky Mountain Furniture we are met with kindness, expert knowledge, and no pushy salesmen.

Each time they deliver, the men are respectful and kind.

I went into RMF on May 27th, 2023 with two of my grandchildren about 20 minutes prior to closing. My granddaughter has been taking horse riding lessons and is obsessed with everything horses. She asked Nana for a small horse lamp and of course, I was ready to purchase it. After sitting down with the salesmen and hearing how much she loved the horse lamp, they gave it to her. They also gave both my grandchildren a Vern bear and a COWBOY and COWGIRL little table thingy.......

We love looking around the 3 story building and finding all kinds of fun stuff. We enjoy this company and those who make it great! We appreciate not being "pushed" into buying and love that we don't have a salesmen following us all over the place.
