Very accommodating and friendly! I called ahead and requested two bundles of Baby's Breath less than thirty minutes before closing on a Friday, and they had them ready and waiting for me when I arrived.

The quality of the flowers were better than I had found elsewhere, and were priced very reasonably. I would definitely recommend Mark Knox Flowers for any floral needs in Odessa!

This week our mother passed. She had had a costume rental shop in Odessa for 45 years. We asked for a fun Halloween themed casket piece. I cannot begin to say how absolutely magnificent the piece the florist created was! It was so over the top and perfect for our mom. Next, without any input from us, the florist sent the boutonnieres for the pallbearers. Orange carnations with a googly eye glued right in the center. We all cried. Only our mom would have thought of that and then actually done it! To go one step further, plants that other people had ordered were sent with Halloween bows and decorations stuck in them! Mark Knox has our business and our hearts forever. Thank you for making such an effort to create what we could not even begin to think of!

I called from out of state wanting to send flowers locally. Erica was absolutely wonderful!! I told her this was for a new baby and what I saw on the website which arrangement I desired. Well, what was on the picture I wasn't expecting very much, but wow!. The flowers that were delivered was beyond my imagination. Erica did a most awesome job and the flowers were just incredible! Thank you very much!! Very impressive arrangement for the price!!

Mark Knox Flowers is the best flower shop in Odessa! I have recieved flowers from here nearly ever month for the last 2 yrs from my sweet boyfriend, Alex. The flowers have ALWAYS been so beautifully arranged and have stayed fresh for at least 2 weeks, usually longer. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

Tom Williams and his crew at Mark Knox Flowers are absolutely the best! The flowers they deliver are so fresh and their arrangements are phenomenally gorgeous. After a friend's Memorial Service over the weekend, we needed help getting all of the flowers delivered to their home safely and intact. Trying to coordinate 6 to 8 folks and their availability and dealing with the high West Texas winds became quite an undertaking - how could we do it? Upon surveying the flowers and arrangements, many were from Mark Knox Flowers. I called Tom and asked if they could help us deliver the flowers to my friend's home. Without hesitation, Tom said, "just have someone meet his drivers at the church and have someone available at the home and we'll get it done as quickly as possible." That is Above & Beyond Service! We are forever grateful to Tom and the wonderful folks at Mark Knox for their assistance and kindness.

Have a friend who does not live in Odessa, but has ended up for an extended time in the hospital there. I want to say the young lady who helped me was Kayla (or close to that)...she could not have been more kind, patient or helpful...The designer knew I wanted something that was special and went out of his way to create a beautiful gift for my friend...I recommend them highly!

I called from Idaho for a funeral spray to be delivered. He was extremely friendly and precise, making sure he had everything I wanted correctly. I wish I could be there to see the lovely flowers.

They did an amazing job, the woman who helped me was so nice. I came in not even knowing the name of the flower I needed and they helped me and got it put together in like 5 minutes

Mark Knox had their annual open house for Christmas today. It was the usual beautiful display for the Christmas. Worth taking the time to go.
