Centura Golden Neighborhood Health Center

We rushed here with a medical emergency last week. They had my husband on an EKG in literally less than two minutes while Micah at the front desk calmly filled me in on the next possible steps. The whole staff was highly qualified with excellent bedside manner. The facility was beautiful, spotless, and state of the art. The waiting room even offered activities for the children. The other reviewers are complaining about the cost. I'm sorry they feel that way. In a true emergency I would go here again in a heartbeat.

Some of the poor reviews are clearly for the Centura Urgent Care, next door.

They are a little understaffed, but what clinic isn't these days? Dr Brierly was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was quick to provide information on how to stay healthy through minor dietary modifications (anti-inflammatory diet). Absolutely no pill pushing.

I became a patient at this family practice the month they opened - over 5 years ago. The doctors are always on time. I have not had a negative experience with a single staff member. They seem to always go above and beyond to take care of their patient's needs.

The family practice bills just as any ordinary practice would. There is a SEPERATE Urgent Care and ER BUILDING BEHIND the CHPG Family Practice that bills as an Urgent Care FIRST and then as an ER if you should require higher level emergent services.

Our 5 year old took a fall and had a nasty gash on her face. Centura Golden got us checked in quickly and we also had a nurse very quickly to help with pain management. The doctor took a little longer, but overall both individuals were kind, helpful, and very competent. Thanks Centura for helping us make the best of this difficult situation!

My primary care doctor is here and she is amazing. She listens and makes sure I’m well taken care of.

I agree the younger lady that works there at the front desk was unprofessional, rude and made me feel like I'm an inconvenience, but I snapped back hard and she treats me with a lot more courtesy, respect, and empathy. Sucked that that's what it had to take, but why cry over spilt milk?
The Doctors are great Zorrilla is a very laid back. Completely not pushy or snooty. He listens and makes you feel comfortable.
Dr. Brierly is amazing! We've recommended him at the least to 6 different ppl and 5 of them are now patients of his! The thing I love is that they don't make you feel obligated to do anything you don't want to do, they don't judge you on your questioning the services, prescription, treatments or beliefs. This is my clinic for sure! Thank you guys!!!

They have improved their staff and processes over the past few years since they opened. I believe the doctors, nurses, and assistants care and provide professional service. The new front desk employees are also more helpful and friendly than the previous employees.

Macy is a great Nurse Practitioner! They also have great communication and are quick to help with prescription issues.

Dr. Hoyle is kind and knowledgeable and recommends alternative remedies whenever possible (which I love). I'm excited to have her as a primary care physician for my whole family. I've heard Dr. Brierley is excellent as well.

The entire staff has been very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable for all my needs over the past year. The "MyCentura Health" phone app makes payments, appointment scheduling, and messaging very easy.

Was not a patient here but had to pick up a friend. Everyone working there was very personable. They have top of the line new equipment as they are a new facility. I cannot comment on costs or insurance accept there though.

Honestly, this was the fastest, best communication, and staff I’ve ever gone too. Highly recommend going here! Wish I found out about this location sooner. Dr.Moak is phenomenal and the nurse Chris as well as the front desk and phlebotomist! So happy! 😊

All the staff are wonderful here! I highly recommend this facility. They provide excellent medical care for the entire family.
