Stonebridge Inn - Destination by Hyatt

LOCATION! This place has everything you need on a ski trip. Yes, it’s a bit dated and probably doesn’t meet the expectations of aspen standards, but it’s clean, charming, and has a very authentic feel of a ski chalet. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner and a nice bar if you want to stay in and chill by the fireplace, but if you want to go out, the location is unbeatable. It’s located between two gondolas, where all snowmass restaurants are and the shuttle to aspen stops at the doorstep. Less than 2 minute walk to the trail, practically ski-in/ski-out. We loved everything about it.

Nice views of the slopes. We stayed in June. The rooms are clean. The pillows are so soft and the front desk is really friendly. We ate breakfast at their restaurant. It was delicious. Staff was super friendly. For the money it is a great value and just a short 25 minutes from Aspen.

Great hotel, affordable for Snowmass, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Stonebridge has nice, of a bit dated, rooms and was very clean. The pool is a good size and heated, and there are 2 hot tubs. Staff were very friendly! Easy walking distance to both “mall” areas in Snowmass and has parking close by.

Overall the hotel and area are both great. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, it's very close to stores and the ski resort, and the views are GORGEOUS. However, the walls are pretty thin and there's a chance you'll hear some child screaming into the night. I don't think it's worth taking off a star for this, but please keep this in mind when staying here.

We had a nice stay at the Tamarak, which is a part of this property. The rooms were cozy although a little dated. The staff was very attentive and kind. We appreciated the free shuttle service. Would recommend this property.

I absolutely loved staying in Snowmass, and my experience staying at stonebridge inn was absolutely amazing as well. I don’t have any significant complaints besides the fact that the movie renting service didn’t work and the artisan was pretty bleh (although with all the amenities the town has to offer we didn’t end up needing it anyways) the main reason I am writing this review, is to squash some bad reviews I see here. As far as it being a dated hotel. this is very understandable especially since the price is nearly half of the other hotels with similar amenities and the photos online are exactly what it looks like in person. If you did your research on the hotel before booking, their fees and other things are listed and are very reasonable. The fact that I was even able to have the Aspen Snowmass experience on the budget of a normal person is phenomenal and I owe it all to the stonebridge inn. Staff was always there to answer questions, drive us up the mountain, etc. thanks so much! I will be telling anyone who will listen that they should come stay here :)

Great hotel. Perfect location. Rooms were super clean. Higher end items inside. Staff was very friendly. Parking is easy. Has trailer parking if need be. Wasn't too hot even on a super high day. They provide fans and even a Humidifier!!!!

The staff and the customer service received at this establishment exceeded our expectations. It is an older property but I thought it added to its rustic charm. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant staff was friendly and made great recommendations. The location is perfect for getting our skis and equipment or getting on the sky cab. Short walking distance to everything you would want to be near. Hope to come back again someday.

We were at the Stonebridge Inn back in August and the place was relatively quite that time of the year. Our rooms were decent and clean. As other users mentioned the hotel is a bit old and could use a fresh coat of paint/ new carpets a bit of TLC. But since we stayed out most of the day it didn't bother us much. Due to covid the hotel and the restaurant was understaffed but they did the best with available resources.

I came here for a nursing conference and stayed a couple extra days with my husband for a fun weekend getaway. The staff here was incredibly helpful prior to the visit with separating my bill (business/tax exempt vs. personal) and making sure we were able to keep the same room for our entire stay. The room itself was comfortable. Good temperature, great view. The water pressure in the shower is a little low but no biggie. We especially loved the outdoor heated pool and the sauna! The restaurant in the hotel is amazing! Locally sourced, seasonal food. A really nice happy hour. Reasonable prices. Wonderful, wonderful flavor. The area is gorgeous with great hiking trails. The town has free shuttles to just about everything. I would definitely stay here again, and hope I get the opportunity sooner rather than later.

The staff were so amazing and so accommodating. We ate at the restaurant and the food was awesome. Both breakfast and the chicken sandwich at dinner was amazing. The location is great everything is walking distance. We stayed in the king balcony suite and it was clean and rustic. We will definitely be back.

We had an excellent time over the Christmas holiday. We really appreciated the hotel housekeeping staff. Housekeeping went out of their way by refilling our personal humidifier and they also opened the window to cool the room off so it wasn't too hot for our return. They did a great job on keeping the beds made, collecting our trash and the bathroom utilities clean. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. Thanks for helping our family have one of the best vacations possible.

Loved it here, even though I only stayed for one night it’s the little things that matter most!
Free parking in the lot across the street, very easy to get back and forth from.
Very nice decor everywhere, gives you that real mountain type of feel.
This is really what won me over, there was a nice sleek tall fan in the closet along with a humidifier!
This is the first time I’ve ever seen a humidifier available to be used, so smart since we’re in the mountains and it’s also more dry for those who are from out of town like myself!
Huge brownie points, I’d definitely stay here again and very reasonable rates!

Ski trip with a couple friends. We had two rooms, each with 2 beds. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff. The front entrance has a small commons area and drops down to a restaurant.
The rooms were spacious and clean. queen beds and firm mattresses. Each room came with a [lockable] ski locker (room near the main entrance) that was big enough to handle multiple pairs of skis/snowboards/poles.
The restaurant required temp checks to enter (thanks Covid), and after a day of skiing, the happy hour was nice to come back to. Big windows gave view of the swimming pools below.

It was a bit of an up-hill, though short hike to get to the Snowmass village area. From this hotel you can be on the slopes in about 5 minutes.

Lovely hotel. Stayed for ski club trip. Staff was vey accommodating to all of our needs. Short walk to the ski runs. Restaurant staff and bar staff friendly. Inn is located on a transit bus stop so it is a very convenient location.

Love this place... I go every year. Excellent access to snowmass ski lifts.... A nice bar and restaurant inside... The staff is very friendly. This year, they were a bit short staffed, but that is happening everywhere in Aspen. Everyone working there wore many different hats - they definitely did thier best to fill the void created by the labor shortage.

This is my go to place every time I visit Aspen. The views are awesome, especially from the hot tub and gym. I like how you can take a short walk up the hill to the mall!

I stayed here last December and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, the breakfast was great and the rooms spacious if a tad dated but I'd stay here again in a second.

Perfect location, beautiful and clean hotel, helpful staff, they even have free shuttle service to take you to hikes. I had a wonderful time here and would've extended it I could. I look forward to coming back!

Such an amazing stay. From making a reservation to checking out. They accommodated all our needs. Such a great experience at the bar, servers were all pleased to help us. Just overall had a great experience and I hope when you stay you will too.
